Although the interface is user-friendly, there might be a steeper learning curve for those unfamiliar with video commerce concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firework solves the challenge of customers having difficulty visualizing products online, especially for complex items like electronics or clothing

An excellent option for streaming
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has very practical tools and that its use is intuitive. It has helped me a lot with the improvement of the company's website.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used the trial version, and I have had some difficulties obtaining the platform license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like the platform to be more interactive.
Super easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Platform is very user friendly. We have seen an uptick in sales by using Fireworks shoppable videos. Support has been incredibly helpful when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found one yet. Even the studio video editor has been great to work in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've embedded Firwork videos into our platform allowing content creators the opportunity to monetize their content and showcase their favorite products.
