Automation AI Basic Training
What do you like best about the product?
The best tool to design a chatbot. I enjoyed the training session. The mentor was very well versed with the concepts and she was able to clarify all queries. The entire session was very wonderfully conducted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel there is anything that I dislike about the platform. It is very well curated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai has helped me build easy chatbot within a few hours with low code systems. I love how easy it is to use and grab hands on over.

What do you like best about the product?
very simple and easily understandable platform. Even a person not having AI background can learn Kore AI platform easily
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now nothing, once I will complete advance course of Kore Ai Xo11 platform, I could share the feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems related to mainly banking or many end user conversation.
Great product and training
What do you like best about the product?
The capability to add structure and Gen AI together is excellent, as it creates a very conversational but controlled experience for the end user. It is easy to get up to speed with the basics, and then there's a lot to learn when going up to the advanced level which is great because it gives more control over the end result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit fiddly when configuring outputs from Gen AI blocks. I had to write a post-processor script to get this to work, because the entity array would be in different formats each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an IT integration development consultancy and we develop bots for clients using Kore.ai.

What do you like best about the product?
All features of Kore.ai are really amazing and and very useful. All integrations and implementation are easy to use. Customer support also so good to solve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
While building any bot in the platform I fells its little bit slow for loading any content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compared to before Kore.ai has solved many things like building bot for every category and we can publish the bot in multiple channels like telegram, Instagram which are now very user friendly apps.
