What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI has a number of features that are easy to learn. I my learning time, I frequently use to create test bots and voicebots. User friendly tool to create chatbots and voicebots and easy to integrate and implementation. Customer support provides us a response and fixes any issues or doubts quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have experienced any issue with this tool while comparing with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its time saving one with less human intervention. It helps in many ways for ex: Medical Appointments, IT Support and much more. Based on the business requirements when we have created the chatbots it help the user to reach them easily. Once the user reaches the chatbot with the necessary information or details it will gather information from the user and create appointment or support tickets whatever based on that particular business. Here we are saving employee time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Kore.ai for its simplicity and power. It's like having a personal AI assistant that can handle complex tasks with ease.

It is a good platform. In my opinion it's doesn't have any drawbacks.

It streamlines the processes.It solve so many problems . In my case it help me in automating voice calls.

What do you like best about the product?
It has number of features , learning curve was also easy as compared to others . Ease of use was very user friendly I loved working on it. Ease of implementation , of the chat bot is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now what I have experienced I didn't find any dislike as this was the tool in which I found myself more intrested than any other tools or tech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves the less human intervention while handling more repeated or easy task which user may contact customer care. Ultimately it will lead to saving of expenses for the industry.

What do you like best about the product?
in kore.ai, i like the design of the UI where developers can effortlessly do the configurations. The craziest thing i like in kore.ai's products is XO platform, i like the feature of entity extraction, when a user enters a utterance it can identify the entities , that gives the user a good satisfaction because normal chatbots will ask the same questions even you mentioned all the details in the utterance. Finally, in one sentance i can say is ease of implementation, good customer support and can integrate effortlessly to third party APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
kore.ai could enhance the llm features, the rephrase utterance option is there but it is not that much effective. If kore.ai concentrates on this one, no one can catch them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in every organization, if an employee is facing an issue he/she may need to go to desired portal and raise a ticket, sometimes this can be a time consuming process and support agents may be busy at that time. instead of that for repeating problems we have given a knowledgebase access to kore.ai's search assist, so that whenever an employee facing any issue he/she just asks that AI chatbot and it will give the steps to resolve , if the issue is new the chatbot will create a new ticket automatically in backend. here employee no need to waste their time to open different portals for different things. we just simplified our employees workflow and making employees work productively without wasting time on these repitative issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to learn and adapt. It supports multi language. I like how easily we can create table an use API for storing key information.

Couldnt spot anything to dislike till now.

I have learned Conversation chatbot development. It was easy to design and implement Chatbot using AI.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Kore.AI is Its platform.
It has everything to develop a low, no-code chat code with Gen AI (LLM) capabilities.
From Understanding the User Query to Satisfying the Needs, With Easy to Build, Integrated with XYZ App.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used the Kore.AI XO 11 platform for the past 3 months.
One thing that I notice is the bugging in the platform. (Demo Environment)
Like it used Crash.

Note - Add Excel Reading in the search AI part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI Solutions like summarization of documents, automatation virtual chat bot that is used for employees, and for L1 IT Assists.
