Ease of use | Scalable Solution | NLP Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is the incredible platform that we're using at our organization for providing AI/Ml use cases with an omnichannel experience. This gives us the edge to serve our customers as per their choice of the communication channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I wear the hat of a business-oriented person I see a lot of potential pre-built use cases that should be available in the store. But currently, such things are not in general known. More use case hackathons should be organized so that we as business partners can join and contribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Lese code
2. Get my flow diagrams while I am creating flows
3. Reusability of components
4. Best NLP engine, comprises Machine Learning, Knowledge Graph,s and Fundamental Meaning engine.

I had very good experience in kore.ai training compare to other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I like the format of training. Its very good training. My first project in chatbot development is in kore.ai platform. Initially I learnt it with the help of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
In advance training you can cover some more advance features. Some of the older version of kore.ai i didn't liked because we were facing lots of issues in training

It is very benefitial for chatbot develeopment. My first project in chatbot development is in kore.ai platform. Initially I learnt it with the help of documents.

Some problems with the Italian language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is advantageous to combine many different tasks under the same platform

What do you like best about the product?
Kore provides a very unique way towards building chatbots by providing drag and drop features as well as the conversation driven builder making it easy to create chatbots in a very short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The debug log while using bot builder is unable to display the error messages. I think having a tree structure for these error prompts would be the best way moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore AI helps in the field of improving customer support by removing a lot unnecessary calls to support by providing a chatbot interface for common issues and the support team can focus on the high priority issues.

The interface and the technology very helpful to understanding working with bot

Bot without code
What do you like best about the product?
UI is very friendly and fast making it easy for developers to work for longer period of time. Apart from this Kore.AI is a great software for a chat bot as per your requirement
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much help on guidelines of using this platform. It would be great if some short tutorials could be provided. Some NLP features can be introduced in the same UI

Kore.AI helps in doing an efficient amount of work in very short span of time without putting so much of efforts. You need not know many programming languages to get this in action.

What I like the most about using Kore is its easy user interface to help the development of chatbot assistant projects.

Sometimes the javascript programming fails and we must constantly restart the page or update to avoid failures

Several workshops and webinar conducted by Kore.AI was very informative to gain new and leading industry knowledge, especially as an IT student it was very useful for me.

other than hackathons there is a huge need for gaining knowledge on top technologies like Full stack development, app development, if certificate courses provided, will be very useful for us.

Low code platform, incorporates all general software development standards , easy for newcomers to adapt

Way too many features, sometimes getting confused , menu options can be organized in much better fashion
