What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Tealium for years now and we are happy customers. The online training courses and onboarding process is amazing. They are the very first ones who introduced first party data strategies and they are still the best ones. Our account and customer success teams have been so caring and understanding and took care of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but just a request. I would like to see how Tealium can also think of retention channel integration aside from advertising and digital media channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tag management, consent management and soon CDP
