Game changer for customer-centric designs
What do you like best about the product?
For any designers looking to drive their teams to create truly impactful experiences, Enterpret is just that tool. Where a single designer might struggle to uncover every nuance of customer sentiment, this tool helps fill that gap by surfacing insights that can help drive strategic, user focused decisions.
Besides saving time, the tool helps teams stay connected to customers and ensure decisions are grounded in real-world needs rather than assumption.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a team like my own who may design for more applications than my fingers can count, with so many integrations pulling in feedback it can be difficult to filter out actionable insights from noise. It may take you some time to fine tune to ensure you’re getting relevant, high impact trends rather than sifting through redundant or low priority feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating feedback from multiple channels, various integration methods for different services and simply doing the work of multiple researchers in a resource constrained environment.

-A single source of truth for customer feedback.
-Love how they are continuously improving on how we can utilize Dashboards.

-Difficult to maintain the taxonomy due to the level of granularity.
-Wisdom doesn't fit your expectation sometimes if you're digging into a specific area.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive millions of customer feedback per month and Enterpret helps us to see it in a summarized version, categorizing them per themes
Excellent tool to understand insights and inform decisions
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how low the barrier to entry is. It didn't take a lot of time to find my way around, and it was quite straightforward to create my first dashboard. Overall, it was easy to implement the ideas I had and showcase the data in the way I wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I had to look into the Help articles on how to customize widgets, so more in-tool prompts would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am looking for the source of the feedback that we are receiving and then comparing it to other external sources such as social network which is not managed by us. This is great to understand the gaps in content strategy.

We receive thousands of customer feedback per month. It is very difficult and time consuming to review all of these feedback, and categorize them into relevant themes, and share the feedback with the relevant teams, month over month.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation process for Enterpret was straightforward and remarkably user-friendly. The Enterpret team played a pivotal role in expediting our onboarding process, offering assistance through comprehensive training sessions, support, and a close working partnership. They actively listened to our needs and were receptive to our feedback, going so far as to develop several customized dashboards and reporting templates specifically tailored to our requirements. This proactive approach allowed us to start reaping the benefits of the Enterpret platform almost immediately.

Although the ongoing management and maintenance of our taxonomy requires a considerable amount of effort and regular attention, we are still able to derive significant value and benefits.
I would like to see continued development and optimization of the Slack integration to support sharing of more concise, high level summaries as well as the ability to share individual reports as opposed to entire dashboards.

The implementation of our new user insights platform has significantly streamlined our team's workflow. The platform's intuitive interface and powerful search capabilities have made it remarkably easy to find answers to the majority of our user insights questions. This efficiency has resulted in a considerable reduction in the time our team typically spends on collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback.
Extremely helpful for research + design, strategy + tactics

Enterpret is an invaluable tool for user-centric designers and researchers who are constantly seeking to understand their users’ perspectives. It makes finding patterns in user feedback much easier, but it also helps with finding and understanding research our team (or other teams in our org) have conducted in the past. Beyond its tactical advantages, it has also helped our team shaping and refine our product strategy over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Enterpret offers a robust feature set and valuable functionalities, the overall user experience could use some work. A more intuitive UI and overall design rework would make it even more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Summarises straight forward feedback like feature requests very well which makes large amounts of feedback very digestible for anyone, even if they're new to Enterpret. Learning the tool is quite simple.
It's also really convenient that you can use Quantify searches to breakdown feedback in different details using metadata. This is really helpful for analyses.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to maintain taxonomy and requires a significant amount of manpower to constantly merge duplicate reasons, etc.
Complex issues are a little difficult to track with Enterpret because categorisation is surface level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps easily determine top requests and issues based on user feedback so product teams can prioritise goals based on contact drivers. It also helps with flagging and investigation of emerging issues in user feedback.
Intuitive, easy to implement, and a great way to socialize insights across an organization
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing and sharing customer support insights broadly through Enterpret is so easy. Specialists can quickly and easily curate insights relevant to their areas. Our broader organization can easily discover insights of interest on their own. It's quickly becoming a core part of operations that we are using more frequently over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require more manual attention to optimize their functionality, namely, their taxonomy features. We would like to take advantage of these features but have not yet had the resources to optimize them. It would be helpful if they were more flexible now, provided more clarity on taxonomy definitions, and had more editing capacity for those definitions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to curate and socialize voice of the customer athletes from numerous key sources across our entire organization through Enterpret. This tool enables support specialists to convey key insights relevant to their areas of ownership with depth, while empowering anyone in our organization to discover the insights of interests to them on their own without disrupting operations. Enterpret has facilitated an increase in awareness of what our customers are saying, with speed, without taxing individuals or workflows with additional requests.
Great tool for Customter Insights!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm very new to using Enterpret but found the tool very powerful and was able to pick it up quite quickly.
Overall I find the level of data connections OTB to be very comprehensive, and it's already helped to reduce some back and forth among internal teams when pulling together insights around issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
Being so reliant on AI is a blessing and a curse. Although the AI is very powerful, the insights need to be taken with a grain of salt under the context that AI will never perfectly capture the nuance or context of certain conversations.
The platform also can be quite complex to use - especially with so many variables.
I like the flexibility in filtering, but personally prefer a bit more flexibility in building boolean queries and don't find their query builder as intuitive as I'd like
