What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Insights Hub for a few months now, and I can’t believe how much easier it’s made managing data. Everything’s in one place, which has saved me a ton of time. The dashboard is intuitive, and I can get the exact reports I need without a hassle. I’m not a data expert, but this tool is so user-friendly that it doesn’t matter.
I also love how customizable it is. I can track what really matters to me, and the support team has been fantastic whenever I’ve had questions. Honestly, it’s made my decision-making process so much quicker. Highly recommend!

What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using Insights Hub for a couple of months, and while it’s definitely made managing my data easier, there are a few things I wish were better. For starters, the customization options are good, but I’ve found myself wishing I could do a little more with the reports—sometimes they don’t quite give me the level of detail I’m looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Insights Hub is how it brings together data from multiple sources into one centralized platform, making it easy to generate meaningful insights. The ability to create dynamic dashboards, drill down into specific metrics, and collaborate with teams in real-time really streamlines decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Insights Hub is a powerful tool, one area that could be improved is the initial learning curve, especially for new users unfamiliar with data platforms. Some advanced features could be more intuitive or better documented to help users leverage the tool more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is how it turns data into action. It’s not just a dashboard and numbers — it actually helps teams see where they can make an impact, especially with sustainability. I love how it connects different parts of the business and gives clear details of what’s working and what’s not, so it’s not just reacting — it’s improving in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel overwhelming at times — there’s so much data and so many tools that it takes a while to become familiar with everything. It lacks a clear and accessible new-user-friendly guide, and at times the site feels very crowded. In my case, I have dyslexia, and it doesn’t support the font called OpenDyslexic. The screen reader only works on sections of the page, not all the text, which is essential for me as a dyslexic user. Also, the learning curve should be a bit smoother — if it was complex for me, I can’t imagine what it’s like for a non-technical user.

It's easy to get started with out of the box applications, there's a good pricing model and generally a good onboarding experience. Once set up, Insights Hub provides quality outputs that helps customers to understand their operations better and in turn reduce costs.

Better options for upgrades between capability packs without the need to 'over subscribe' & Update/new feature rollout management

Helping us to better understand OEE, turns out our production line wasn't as effective as we thought. Insights Hub helped us to identify and address this.

What do you like best about the product?
Do be an industry leading IIoT platform, It should be able to Connect assets, store timeseries data, Analyse that data, all on one platform. Insights Hub is able to do this and more with prediction tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insights Hub is designed too much for individuals of a factory and for factory floors. Need a way to dessimate the info in command centers and factory floors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
providing that all-in-one solutions for every factory need. Easy to scale with multiple assets and creating the unified namespace.
It was a great product overall but could do with some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the features are easy to set up and use after a few practices, for example, the Performance Insights. It is also flexible to custom add functions with Visual Flow Creator. It is quite easy to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of consistency across the modules, they are all operating differently and will require to learn to use each module separately. Some of the modules seems to be overlapping the functionality for example, Predict in Monitor, Predictive Learning module and Quality Prediction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insights Hub is allowing clients to connect their equipment from various industries and monitor their equipment with alerts and notifications via email and SMS. Also helped in integrating with other existing third-party applications to have the data all in one place for OEE and KPI calculation.

The solution enables the ability to create a unified model of factories and equipment which can be easily scaled and leveraged in various industry ready applications such as OEE and Dashboard Designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience transitioning between applications to view asset data such as OEE, energy, KPV's etc could be improved.
