It's great knowing Arctic Wolf is watching our back 24/7
What do you like best about the product?
We have automated "AI" systems in place as well but Arctic Wolf's human technicians/engineers are much better at highlighting the important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, even with a human overseeing the output some noise still gets through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Arctic Wolf is our security 'eye in the sky' always watching and even preemptively suggesting updates/changes/modifications.

Full service MDR solution. Just the right amount of hands-on.
What do you like best about the product?
They tell us when they see something in our environment. Without the "crying wolf" effect we've seen from other MDR solutions. In other words, they understand what is important, and worth discussion and what is not worthy of bringing to our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that Arctic Wolf's managed risk solution is priced as a separate solution and not included in the suite of our MDR. Including the Risk Management portal with the MDR solution would make it an even more all-encompassing solution for our security needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefits of Arctic Wolf are the outsourcing/off-loading of the monitoring of our network traffic as well as our system logging. While we need the ability to examine this activity ourselves, having an extra set of eyes looking over our shoulder is incredibly helpful.
Arctic Wolf Keeps their Eye on The Ball
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the level of engagement with Arctic Wolf. They appear to be consistently focussed on the cyber landscape, and notifying us when they believe our security posture is vulnerable to it. Relevant threats in the wild are identified and communicated to us on a regular basis. Customer service ethos and high level of professionalism is apparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a lot to say on the negative side at this point. We look forward to using the risk management scanner and fine tuning its deployment in our environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are maximizing our incident response capabilities with respect to threats at our endpoints. WE now look forward to enhancing our vulnerability management reporting.

I would perfer to be able to communicate with them through email rather than always having to submit a ticket.

Arctic Wolf covers us from a 24/7 monitoring of our network. This outsourced model is efficient for us.
Thorough & Insightful; Very happy with our partnership!
What do you like best about the product?
Incredibly thorough, responsive and insightful; a fantastic value that feels like a true partnership as opposed to a relationship with a vendor. Head and shoulders above and beyond our previous IDS/IPS vendor!
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate to be cliche but after a number of years with AWN, there is nothing that I am dissatisfied with. We actively look for opportunities to extend our partnership with AWN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recent threat communications are timely and concise with suggested solutions delivered right to my inbox - a one stop for awarness and remediation. AWN has filled gaps in our security awareness by alerting us to be best practices, benchmarking scans and cloud monitoring services. The Managed Security Awareness Training is something we are very excited for: it removes the administrative overhead of discussing, selecting and reviewing training topics. The mangement of training content and cadence will help to improve our overall awareness by keeping security in the forefront of employees minds and actions.
Simply the best and a leader in this space for a reason.
What do you like best about the product?
Partnering with Arctic Wolf allows my company to sleep easy at night knowing our networks are monitored 24x7 by world-class professionals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to resolve some false positives but that hardly happens anymore because the longer you partner with them the smarter their AI gets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need to feel rushed to hire more Full time Employees to manage your security program, a company can now take their time looking for the right personnel.
Great next gen protection
What do you like best about the product?
Protection from current threats we face today. Non definition based A/V with a great online portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Online portal doesn't have MFA built-in yet. Otherwise, everything else is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to stay protected since this endpoint solution is AI and behavioral based versus a traditional definition-based A/V.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works very well and as intended for a next-gen antivirus. However, this product does not contain a roll-back feature for ransomware. Otherwise it has everything else you need.

I like the meetings to review our reports and the settings on the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price seems high but compared to hiring a full time person who could not be as available as the staff, this is still a good deal.

We see the issues that would normally take more digging on our part.
Arctic Wolf monitoring is exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf allows our security team to focus more on improving our security footprint while filtering out the "noise" that accompanies monitoring and alerting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of.

Arctic Wolf allows our security team to focus their efforts on internal systems and improvements without having to spend time monitoring and alerting.
