Arctic Wolf Go That Extra Mile
What do you like best about the product?
Before using AW, we had tried several different providers, and each offered varying levels of service and insight.
However, all team members at AW are super helpful, quick to respond and make you feel like a customer rather than just a number.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, in just coming up to our first anniversary with AW, this is nothing that I dislike or feel needs to be changed.
They have excelled our expectations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AW have provided us with a clearer view of all network traffic and we are immediately alerted to any changes.
It was an eye opener as to what we had been missing before using them.

Arctic Wolf provides top of the line security.
What do you like best about the product?
They provide peace of mind in all phases of IT Security.
What do you dislike about the product?
That they didn't come to us sooner, the only suggestions are more customization of specific reporting types such as HIPAA reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are able to look at multiple application event logs and provide us with anything that may look suspicious. They provide us with an extra set of eyes that are looking at our systems 24/7/365.

Superb customer service, A true partner in your security office, Reliable information that is timely, Their willingness to listen and help you plan.

Nothing comes to mind. It is a great product.

Security Staff augmentation, Resources to correlate logs to see a true picture of the threat environment.

Don't forget to include your User Services group in the conversations. (Agents on the desktops)

Quaterly Reviews, AW cuts out the noise and gives us the data we need.

It is difficult to do anything on the dashboard or research without Arctic Wolf's help.

They are great at Implementation, Solution blueprint, integration, client support, coordination and management reporting.
After one year of full service, They were real partner to work with our IT team and Security team to identify problems and help to fix from the root.
Their helping hands have improved in-house knowledge of our team as well, which eventually led us to build a purple team capability in-house.

It needs some more effective and targeted communication systems, Asset management tools missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a great provider for outsourced Security Operations Center service provider. We have covered all SOC and SIEM-related requirements of PCI using their services. Their monthly checking of external vulnerability reports and security posture overview helped us tightening

What do you like best about the product?
Arctic Wolf Networking has been a valuable team member in our company from its inception. Our service staff is immediately available, our inquiries are promptly answered, service options and updates are tailored to our company's priorities, and they are frequently updated. Detection data, compatibility, vulnerability understanding, and reporting have thus far been a valuable addition to our security office, actively aiding in the mitigation of vulnerabilities as well as the rapid resolution of events/potential problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AWN web portal interface is the least developed of the products we've explored. We don't perform a lot of data analysis on the interface, so it wasn't a major deal for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The staff is the real secret! AWN's staff is comprised of intelligent, smart, and pleasant individuals, which makes engaging with our concierge service a pleasure. Previous vendor experiences were not always consistent. Spend some time on the dashboard to acquire a sense of the information and what's available. The data displayed on the dashboard is excellent, however it does not cover the entire scope of the product data accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is intuitive, it has pre-established rules to enable and disable, depending on the requirement for the team, as well as determining an action on the team when that rule is met. Regarding the programming of custom rules, it must be done with the phyton programming language, which costs a bit of work if you do not master programming, in particular, the dashboard gives you an overview
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is a lot to dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had few incidents where we wanted to understand what's going on in the machines. This really helped us identify which machine had what issues.

I would recommend this to everyone as it is a nice application and easy to Deploy.

Security Posture. Additional visibility.
Great product for monitoring network systems
What do you like best about the product?
Once configured, the "dirty work" is out of my hands. The engineers research and check things, and I get involved once they are sure it is an issue needing my input or action. It alleviates my need to constantly monitor logs and systems to ensure they are working efficiantly and safely. Th engineers are knowledgeable abnd present me with best practices on solving the problem at hand when possible. I also get to meet with them regularly to go over events and trends and plan for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have enough access to fix some of the "smaller" issues themselves. Although it seems minor, we are a small shop, so any issues they find have to be dealt with by me. I am so fortunate to not have to find them anymore, but I still have to complete mitigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given me time back and increased our security posture. I no longer have to dive into all the logs and systems each day and make sure all is well. We see better security, better monitoring than a small internal shop can do, and we get more time back to deal with other projects and items.

Watch your industry score and ask questions on how it can best be setup to meet your needs collecting the most information in one place.

Since just recently acquired AW, so far.. its been pretty transparent when reporting data.

No problems at the moment, the main benefits is we have visibility on both ends of the spectrum, internal and external. thanks AW!

Once AW reports the outcome of their scans, make sure you have a game plan on how to address and triage the vulnerabilities.
Your network is only as secure as your weakest link. So get everyone on the same page, and it will put your mind at ease.
