What do you like best about the product?
Like I said, I like how good they are in picking up small details and letting us know about it. They have a good communication system with their clients. They see things and email us about it. They will ask if its something normal we see or not. If not, we tell them and the issue get resolved immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mmm, not sure I dislike anything. They do a pretty good job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With AWN we can see issues clearly and apply certain solutions to them. Sometimes we need unblock something and AWN see's this and asks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend. It is a great tool, its personalized. And it allows you to focus on other things while they monitor and alert.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this software for work on a daily basis. I greatly admire the intuitiveness of the portal. I've tried to use portals that are not intuitive and it makes a world of a difference. Being able to navigate to the machine and the issue quickly is important in a fast-paced business, and this not only will keep machines secure, it allows myself and others at the company know what happens and when in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to evaluate the dislikes. If i had to say something here, I would say when I click on the support view of a particular client, it asks me if i am sure I want to access that portal. I do understand it adds a layer of security, but there isn't a validation step. Simply click ok or cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We require all machines that we manage to have this software installed, and it has allowed us to recognize what is being blocked which then allows us to waive it or keep it quarantined. It takes the stance of guilty until proven innocent and with security becoming more and more important, that is key.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend this software. Definitely stands up to the test.

What do you like best about the product?
CylancePROTECT is very easy to deploy and manage. The deployment team spends time with you over the course of installation and deployment training you on the product and how to manage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints about the product. It has served us well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to locate and eliminate numerous Malware files from our network.

Efficient and Simple

What do you like best about the product?
The best part, so far, is how easy it is to deploy on all of the company's computers. Even the manual installation is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times we have to manually activate Cylance. The deployment does not always registers it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We protect our assets by having CylancePROTECT monitor, block and filter any unwanted software, websites, popup and installations.

What do you like best about the product?
...it did stop some of the malware we threw at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of reporting!! When we did our POC we hit a device with a bunch of exploits, and the admins didn't get a single alert...not one!!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a STRONG proof of concept before purchasing. In our test, Cylance wasn't even close to as good as the salesmen made it out to be.

Simply the best

What do you like best about the product?
In the ever changing world of IT you have to be able to guarantee that your clients will be protect from attacks. That is a very difficult task when every day something new is developed in order to take over your PC and still your information. Thats why we love Cylance. Its the only product that has stopped everything we have thrown at it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had better customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that Cylance is the only product that is 100% reliable in the protection of our clients PCs. Its continuous scanning is the only way to fully protect your PC

The best in the business

What do you like best about the product?
With Cylance always scanning our PCs in the background we have never had a virus infect our PCs. Because of this and a lot of testing, we deployed Cylance to all 800 of our customers PCs. The deployment was easy and each install was very fast. You have to option to manually install it or do it via GPO which saves a lot of time. Once its installed Cylances GUI lets you know whats going on at all times. You can right click the Green shield and push and update if you recently change a policy or something. You can see what Cylance has blocked including the filename and the time and date. The best part is that 100% of our customers have been virus free since we installed Cylance.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product can be very expensive but its worth it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Antivirus

I cant say enough how good this product actually is. Its protected us from so many accounts I have lost count.

What do you like best about the product?
AW ability to block traffic from hosts if required. We also like the scanning of all of our traffic to the Internet
What do you dislike about the product?
It costs money. We wish it was free, but realize that it would not be the service it is if it was free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We could never afford to purchase a SIEM solution and full-time staff to run it. AW provides IDS, IPS, scanning of all of our traffic, and even monitors our Office 365 access

What do you like best about the product?
We deployed Cylance to over 1000 PCs and 80 servers and have been loving it ever since. Its ability to always be running in the background has stopped so many viruses in their tracks I have lost count. Their dashboard is also amazing and filled with great stats on whats going on with every PC that has a Cylance agent on it. I highly recommend this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with it is that its not super easy to just whitelist a folder

Cylance not so intelligent

What do you like best about the product?
The white glove service to help get it setup is a good idea, you may need it!
What do you dislike about the product?
You pretty much have to whitelist everything you don't want it to block. In our multi-application environment this process has been going on for 8 months and doesn't seem to be nearing its end. Wanna implement script control? Well there's no intelligence there, you just have to digitally sign or whitelist every script you want to be able to run. Very time consuming and anti-productive in a complex application environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No viruses, but helpdesk tickets related to anti-virus getting in the way of business are way up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a very simple environment, like you only have Office and one or two lone of business applications then it might be good. but if you have a lot of applications and they change/update frequently, or you do in house development consider something else or you may find yourself pulling your hair out..
