Jitsi solution to establish communication with other people quickly and safely.
What do you like best about the product?
Jitsi is a completely modern web communication platform, it is characterized by being very easy to use and highly customizable, which is an advantage for people to have a unique and comfortable experience. I love this service because of how adaptable it is, it allows you to communicate with people through chat, audio and video, I have used it for several years and it has been very functional, with this platform I can easily communicate with my team and client in a stable way and without interruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jitsi's service is really complete to establish true quality communication, I consider that for the operation of this software to be of true stability it is necessary to have a good connection to Internet and thus the users will never have problems with the operation of the service. I really can't complain about anything about this service since it has given me an excellent communication experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jitsi is without a doubt my main communication platform, I use this service very frequently both for my work and also to communicate with friends and family who are in other countries, as it is a very convenient service and allows us to be united at all times through the web. This system is highly favorable for me since it adapts very well to all my needs and its easy use allows me to have great agility.

Jitsi is a very complete communication service, personally I have had a great experience because of its high performance and stability. The people who decide to acquire this service I recommend them to use it with a good internet so that they do not have inconveniences with the software, since its good operation in the video conferences depends on having an internet connection that navigates at a good speed, the service offers an excellent price and is very convenient because it is very innovative.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jitsi is the price: free!
You don't pay a nickle and yet, is the best videoconference software ever. Of course, you can access through premium plans but it is no necessary to do that. For guests, the best part is the zero requirements part: your guests doesn't have to sign up for nothing and neither need to download things (PC, phones must use app) when gets in the meeting.
You can record, upload things, the chat is amazing. In case you're taking care of sharing data and all that, Jitsi is perfect because doesn't require nothing but join, put a nickname and that is.

Maybe the thing I don't like (very) is the limited space, only 50 people can join in a meeting while other softwares is double.

Two main benefits I discover with Jitsi:

Great tool for free, secure communication and video conferencing.
What do you like best about the product?
It is open-source, secure and free! It provides ecrypted communication, can be used for video conferencing in countries where Skype, WhatsApp is blocked. User friendly interface, can be accessible on mobile device or desktop computer, and most importantly without the need for an account. Jitsi meet generates unique codes for conference and can support up to 20 participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited in number of participants for each communication, for example not suitable for conducting webinars that require more than 50 participants. For webinars I prefer to use Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To esnure secure communications with journalists who are working in risk prone environments - where there is high surveilance. I mainly use Jitsi to communicate with independent media organizations or journalists in Russia.

It takes a while to load when first starting the meeting.

We use this integrated with Slack. It is a great way to connect with my coworkers for buisness meetings, since I work remotely.

Nice, streamlined, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. I enjoy the interface. Making calls, recieving calls, and transferring are all very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to load at the start of the day. Other than that, it's very reliable.

We use the softphone to make both inbound and outbound customer service technical support calls.
Simple to use, but not great for large remote connections
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use, create new rooms, share screens etc all with just a browser and no special software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the performance of the site, especially when there are more than just a few people connected at a time. We get to where we have 5+ computers connected and quality really goes down hill.

we like jitsi very much, and it is very used in the day, we use it a lot to get in touch with the other collaborators through the extensions, and also get in touch by the cell phone, it is very good and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
one of the things I do not like in jitsi is that sometimes, when the call is made, when the collaborator answers, the call is muted and shows connecting, more in the sequence it falls.

brings several benefits, as well as being easy to learn how to use it, is very simple to connect or receive connection.

I really like the ease we have now to call customers, and also to communicate internally.

What I do not like about it is that at times when receiving a call, it connects, and then falls down.

the jitsi helps a lot in our day day, with it, the ease we have of internal calls, both voice and video call is great.

Best Open Source conferencing software
What do you like best about the product?
The facility to make calls in via web or the several applications it has. the fact that you can see the code you're running and contribute if one needs any special need. Also, the fact you can host your own server so you can have your own secure calls via VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free calls might prove to be a bit unstable. Nevertheless, you can get this up and running in a private server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, one used to have to connect with other people via different conferencing software, which was just awkward afterwards, also, this made it possible to host private calls throughout our own VPN server.

Just use it. There's no learning curve of any kind.

In the same way, you can transfer files, share a desktop, etc. It works in combination with other social networks such as facebook, google talk, XMPP and Jabber. This tool is also essential for online meetings, technical support, etc.

I have not had any inconvenience until now. The interface is not the friendliest and when installing it is a bit heavy.

Through this program I have solved the problem of physical barriers, since the meetings can be carried out even if they are not in the same city. In the same way, communication with different people.
