What do you like best about the product?

AppGate is highly advanced and offers multiple integration options, such as with an external SIEM integration system. It also comes with extensive documentation, and the configuration process is not particularly challenging. There is an option to enable two-factor authentication for both end users and administrators accessing the panel. It allows for setting various policies for individual users as well as the entire organization, providing flexibility for companies. Additionally, the end-user experience is extremely simple and requires virtually no interaction beyond logging in. The support from the manufacturer, not only during the initial configuration but also throughout further usage, is incredibly professional and reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?

As of today, after using this solution for a long time, I do not see any drawbacks worth mentioning.
