Comprehensive tool for screening and transaction monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like best clear User Interface of ComplyAdvantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, some training is necessary before it becomes clear. I would say it is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ComplyAdvantage highlights all matches of adverse media and other factors that are important for CDD while beginning any business relationships with a customer and also for ongoing CDD. It is a very helpful tool for transaction monitoring. We are timely alerted when a payment should be reviewed before being released.

Great customer screening solution
What do you like best about the product?
ComplyAdvantage's platform has significantly enhanced our customer screening process at AUSIEX. The real-time risk data and intuitive interface have streamlined compliance workflows, reduced false positives and improved overall efficiency. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform offers comprehensive features, the amount of customisation options can be slightly overwhelming initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ComplyAdvantage helps us efficiently meet our AML/CTF obligations by automating customer screening against global sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media. This reduces manual effort, ensures ongoing compliance, and enables faster onboarding without compromising risk standards.

What do you dislike about the product?
The risk-based approach can be non-sensical if not properly implemented. It would be most helpful to consider prompting administrators setting up the risk-based approach as to the values of overall risk thresholds consider previous inputs for each category of risk. However, the use of this risk-based approach is not required to use the ComplyAdvantage platform and therefore can be done with manual controls if required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ComplyAdvantage helps us to fight financial crime by increasing the scale and efficiency with which a compliance department can approve new business in line with best practice AML/TF protocols.

The platform does not have a proper graphical user interface, which might hinder the user experience for risk and compliance teams.

Constantly evolving soltion, which remains dependable and is backed with excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is intuitive and, once integrated, works seamlessly in real time. It covers a wide range of requirements for screening and transaction monitoring. The support team worked with us on integration, and our customer success manager ensures we are properly utilising all aspects of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some rules adjustments require input from the support team, although this does tend to be pretty fast and painless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comply Advantage is solving the issue of real-time transaction monitoring and ongoing, continuous monitoring of PEP, Sanctions and Adverse Media.

They have a good list which they maintain which we can check against. It is easy to integrate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is quite outdated. The sanctions checking they do is based on a year of birth which I do not find to be the most accurate method.

It helps us check our users against santioned lists. It is easy to use and integrate with.

ComplyAdvantage are one of the easiest, most responsive data partners to work with. They take a flexible, pragmatic approach to pretty much everything which creates mutual trust and confidence in the relationship.

The customer service has been very prompt and was quick to solve any issues I have had previously.
The interface is very sleek and easy to navigate
It is easy to search for previous entries and also when PEP/Sanctions lists have been updated to check if these are relevant

It is quite expensive compared to other providers however they do provide an all-encompassing service.
