What do you like best about the product?
The platform is highly customizable. Companies from different sectors can adjust Salesforce according to their specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the platform is highly customizable, some specific customizations can be time-consuming to implement without the help of a consultant or certified developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it is possible to send a mass communication, it helps in the agility of service.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the main tool for Sales Person
What do you like best about the product?
Have everything of my clients there: opportunities, notes, phones, mail..
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Salesforce Sales Cloud could be more user friendly

It helps me to have all the information about my customers so I can be more efficient in my calls.
Salesforce Ease of Use!
What do you like best about the product?
There are SO many different resources and tools to help you with your business. I have used salesforce in multiple roles across industries and is my preferred CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service can be difficult to reach at times but other than that, very helpful!

Salesforce helps track our outbound call data and appointments that we are able to make based off our outbound B2B calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The features I like the most of Salesforce Sales Cloud are-
Lead Management- Capturing leads from multiple sources & automating follow-ups
Opportunity Tracker-Track potential sales, prioritize high-value deals in terms of revenue
Customer Management- Handle crucial customer information, past interactions, and customer survey results securely

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not such a dislike for Salesforce Sales Cloud, but the points I would like to highlight are-
Complex UI- A large set of features can be overwhelming for some new users
Customer Service- Gone through some reviews where some customers report poor customer service at the desk, especially for those not enrolled inpremium plans
Price- I personally consider this an expensive platform, for smaller-sized business another platform would be helpful.

As a market researcher, we have to keep track of our clients & their ongoing operation. Salesforce Sales Cloud also helped me to analyze customer trends, behavior & pain points.

I love having all of my clients information in the palm of my hands.
Being able to set up new employees, review cases, update contact information for our clients, creating tasks and making phone calls within the app has never been so easy! I love how easy I can connect JIRA bugs to cases as well as connect our phone system to salesforce. We use Salesforce everyday within our company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any downsides. Salesforce customer support has been great with letting us know when it will be down for updates.

Being able to stay organized all within one platform has been fantastic.
it is very useful but time to time it comes complex to fix issues

if it gives an error it is difficult to find where it is

even during a holiday I had to reach some of user data customer or project data, so I can reach whenever I am wherever I am
Salesforce - the best CRM for high data organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
How it effectivly manages and processes lage amount of information. The other avialble options I had, couldn't switch between analytical apporaches as fact, orwhere able to create as much customization - in order to drive the best out of our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's graffics for the reports are really good, but the pivot table analisis caps out at 4 variables, and the grpahics cap out at 2 variables, and only allow one type of graph, intestead of cross graphing.
It's a lot tu ask, considering it does so much already, but it would be nice to have.

Best Integrated Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best platform to track team and improve effeciency. I love the integration feature, which makes life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt bit overwhelming in the beginig due to complex features.
