What do you like best about the product?
It's help customer to track and manage their lead at one place and also help to make decisions and take action on their leads
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pricing is bit high and need an expert admin to manage the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management of leads.
It has features and tools which helps us to automate various tasks which saves time by avoiding more clicks.

It's dashboards and reports helps us to easliy track the revenue generated.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the layout of this software and the endless things you can actually do with it. It's always easy to use and navigate when working with cases or chats. it's also very user friendly and beginner friendly for newbies in the customer support industry. I use this alot as my line of business deals with emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much just the colors, hoping that it'll be more colorful in the near future. Also if there's an option to group tabs for cases for a much compact view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It goes offline when you idle too much, though it's workable and can be fixed by reloading the page. It's good as it's real time and wouldn't affect the current cases being handle.

The ablility to customize almost every aspect of the sales process, from lead management to reporting. salesforce sales cloud provides poerful automation, real time insights and seamless intergration with other tool, making it easy to manage and optimize the sales pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be complex and overwhelming for new users, with a steep learning curve. Customizations often require technical expertise or developer support, and licensing costs can be high , especially when scaling or adding advanced features

Salesforce sales cloud streamlines lead and opportunity management, improves pipeline visbility and reduce manual tasks through automation boosting team productivity and decision making

What do you like best about the product?
I would say it is best software or service available out there. Giving their tons of features of every aspect of features in it.

Sales cloud is there , Marketing cloud is there and many more with the integration of Ai which makes it unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it might me cost for new user and you have to learn how to customize it because it can be difficult when it starts.

Also some addons are paid so you have to be mindful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple tools at one place helps your organization to multiple things at once.

Automation helps speed up the process.

What do you like best about the product?
It brings about all the customer's data onto a single platform to track their entire journey onto 1 interface right when he came into our system be it through various different channels and modes i.e. either inbound or outbound through marketing or direct sales and up until it is eithwer closed win or closed lost. It can be integrated with almost all the ERPs. I use it daily for all my customer interactions and it can be created and reports can be created in any shape or form and it is very easy to use once you get accustomed. Implementation is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The less ease of customisability acts as a challenge or downside and they don't integrate directly with people and only customer support you have is through the Salesforce Partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had to manage all the leads in an exce sheet with limited visibility on the followups & connect in 1 lead in multiple accounts and multiple leads in 1 accounts which is being solved by Salesforce, through timely reminders, altogether visibility of each & every activity in salesforce itself which makes it easy for all the departments to manage & track the performance & progress for the whole company to see

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps to organize business contacts, vendors and data to manage day to day sales business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud lags some when updating data. Implementing can take a while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is our CRM and holds our Sales contacts, data and assignments.

What do you like best about the product?
The customisability, the automated tasks with email reminders, collaboration with the cross functional team, ease of use helps me in my RFP process and bid submissions. This helped our team to track the progress of the RFPs and timely submissions of the bids.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially learning it is very complex, but once you learn it, it will make your life easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I had to follow up with the CFT team for costing or to gather their inputs.
Now, the entire process is automated, and the CFT team completes their costing directly in Salesforce without needing any reminders or emails. tracking of each RFP is very easy and our TAT % improved a lot.
