What do you like best about the product?
the ease of handling prospects and leads, the ease of integrating different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment it seems to me a very complete tool.

To manage the different potential clients, in an agile and simple way.

Best way to manage customers and their journey!
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has been a daily part of my life as a CSM for years and has made my life a breeze. It was a quick learning process jumping on and though the system is very robust and thorough, it has been simple to learn and become familiar with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
What is great but also a complication, is the customization of the platform. You can do almost anything and have information and dashboards show up in the best way- IF you know how to do it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really been the best platform to manage all things when it comes to customers. It has made our life so much easier when it comes to keeping customer information, their businesses, processes and journeys all easy to and siomple to see and customize.

The new multi layered tabs have been helpful with navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of information and the navigation is sometimes confusing

Tracking customer opportunities and closed deals. Gives me a single place to track them.

Seamless integration,features, customer support, easy to implement and use along with other tools used in my role

I do not dislike salesforce as I haven't faced any hiccups using it till now

Helping me access a lot of data in a segregated manner, saving my time by helping me shortlist and target leads during the required time
Nice CRM product that solves a lot of case management things

Salesforce is continuing to deliver excellent value for us and in combination with Litify is our main CRM tool.

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

A lot of case management, tracking, email marketing, calls and etc. that have to do with our client base and keeping up our business

Not easy to set up and create reporting with the console

Allows lots of departments to see a single source of truth for our customers
Good Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I think the integration is good. We love that Outreach is great for reaching out to prospects, but as a customer datqbase repository, Salesforce it amazing. It has so many options of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slightly clunky. I have used other softwares like Hubspot, Zoho CRM, and I think they are more user friendly.
