What do you like best about the product?
I use salesforce to help my boss to have better control of every client who is interested to see a property. We are using this tool for real estate and it is awesome, I really love the easy way to use the program and how to have everything in order. This is one of the best programs I have ever used in life.

I also love the great organization and the customer service they provide to solve any issue you have with this program. They are really professionals solving the issues, they follow up every problem you have and once the problem is solved. They asked if the issue was solved and requested feedback to improve any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really like that Salesforce is really expensive. I love the easy way to use the program but to be honest, this program is really expensive than others. I have a great experience using this program but the cost is too high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program was very helpful in our company because we can have all the information required in one system. We have control of our clients, including the property shared with them, the appointments, any call schedule, or if we already provided the documentation requested from them.

Also, it is easy to have great control and the personal contact information of every client we manage. To be honest, this program is really amazing, i really love it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I really recommend to other people use this program. In my personal experience, this program help us to improve many things regarding appointments, personal contact information, information already provided, etc. You can have all the information in one program. I really love this program.

What do you like best about the product?
Troops allow me and my teammates to live in one place for all our communication. One of the main reasons we use Salesforce is to communicate where we are in the sales process/cycle. Rather than bouncing between Salesforce and Slack review and then share, we can work in Slack to update opportunities with Troops. Then Troops will automatically communicate those changes to the rest of the team automatically. It has streamlined our communication, saved us all time, and increased the momentum of our sales cycle as we are able to collaborate quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback would be that Troops can sometimes become noisy with all the updates and reminders. I imagine there are settings to make it less noisy...but I'm a user and not an admin. So I don't have insight into that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are two benefits we have realized from Troops. First is the enhanced communication that is happening. We utilize Troops to automatically post updates to opportunities and track where opportunities are in the sales cycle. Now opportunities are more visible to the entire team. This allows the company to collaborate on deals to help them move forward more quickly. The second is the enhancement of productivity. Sellers are no longer required to go to Salesforce to update opportunities. They update opportunities right inside of slack. They even receive reminders in Slack when they get off of calls with customers and update their opportunities inside Slack.

What do you like best about the product?
Can Easily implement and integrate. The ease of implementing and using this software for your clients keeps this CRM #1, With extended support of app exchange, just like we have google play store for android, this expands the functionality for the administrators/developers/consultants. With so many different cliuyds you xan integrate together, it becomes so easy to use and implement the Salesforce CRM
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be just one version, they should make Salesforce Lightning their only current version. New people in the field gets confused
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business solutions for the clients to manage and track sales and data. I also use reports and Dashboards quite often

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily customize to your business needs is most beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to query and generate reports has some limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are finding valuable prospects and capturing vital work to acquire new donors. As well as staying informed about existing donors' experiences with our organization. It allows us to connect several disparate systems to gain a more comprehensive picture at macro and micro levels. It is more than a CRM, and we can capture workflows and business processes within its ecosystem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Salesforce, there is usually a solution to your issues. The dilemma is that it may cost more, or a third party may need to be involved.

Best Software for Business Purpose

What do you like best about the product?
I like so many things about this software but the best part which I really like is data segregation which helps to manage things easily and comfortably, it gives a lot of time and allows us to work faster and without messing up things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using it for months but didn't find anything negative about this software as of now, if I'll find out anything negative or any glitch for sure I'll go ahead and will definitely share with the concerned team for the improvement of the software because right now things are smooth and work without a glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work for customer service and have to manage lots of data the benefit I am getting from salesforce is I am very easily managing it, the multiple tab options help to keep the work going faster and smoother without having a mess. Easily sending the emails and managing calls with the customer with clarity, easily checking our number of cases done in a day which helps to make the report.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to use this software as it is beneficial in terms to manage data

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards for a visual representation of the data - Creating and sharing dashboards on the performance of a particular service area is easy, helping us monitor the pipeline of opportunities in real-time
Chatter Feature - It helps in assigning a task to another member instead of sending emails via outlook.
Integration with other tools is easy when compared to other CRM tools - linking and importing data on companies from D&B Hoovers
Creating reports on existing contacts for sales campaigns
News Feature: It helps to monitor developments and news related to a particular company for which we have an account created in Salesforce,
Industry News and General News is new and I have not seen in Dynamics CRM
App Navigation - Being able to modify the home page to include all required apps. I use this feature to view my accounts and contacts, tasks that are assigned to me, pending items that require my approval
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports: Creating reports is not easy but clunky when compared to Microsoft Dynamics. One needs to be proficient in creating various report types. Creating a report with information on accounts and engagements/opportunities of a specific service line has been a challenge.

The Search function is a mess - results show both active and inactive accounts together. It becomes challenging to understand which ones are active and which are inactive

When we search with a keyword to search for accounts, it shows accounts that have the keyword in the description
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating accounts for companies, adding contacts, creating opportunities, creating activities, adding tasks, and preparing reports and dashboards for sales and marketing personnel across our firm.
Creating and sharing the list of contacts with name, designation, email id, company name for sales campaigns
Sharing reports with Business Development team members on prospects and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is flexible and can be configured to every business's needs. There is not a huge learning curve and can be picked up fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over-engineering the tool can hurt the end users and make the platform unusable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM processes and the customer journey. The tool allows tracking and forecasting easier than any other tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially enjoy the accessibility and ease of use that LevelJump provides, along with its interface, and content. Being able to share content in a social manner creates a community and brings my peers closer. I feel this is where LevelJump's true value is: The community it creates while fostering a learning atmosphere. It's an interface that makes it easy to absorb and share knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say at the moment, and am looking forward to learning more through LevelJump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LevelJump has allowed me to solidify my knowledge of PSO, and solutions. It has also allowed me to learn from my peers on the social platform, which is a huge advantage. Being able to do things like share 2 minute stories and learn from others, see others' wins and challenges, and how they've overcome obstacles in their sales journey is inspiring.
As I've used LevelJump more, it's become a staple to my day-to-day sales processes: Funnel management, strategizing, conversation planning, and overall solution knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend letting the platform do its job: Unlock your ability to learn. It's a fantastic platform built to help you succeed and grow in your sales career.
I find that in addition to holding all of the resources we need to succeed, it creates a community that you can connect with: Sales professionals across the company who are sharing the journey with you. You can see how they've applied what they've learned, what has challenged them, and what they have overcome to succeed.
In today's digital workplace, LevelJump fits so well in our sales journeys and along with our ecosystem of systems and support.

What do you like best about the product?
