- the base (free) plan could have more generous credits, because it's hard ot test the product within the current usage limits
- doesn't have a payment module like mainstream bill pay services sucha as Bill

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nanonets has replaced 2 virtual assistantns who used to man invoice processing and email routing tasks. Error rates are also down by a large extent right now
