What do you like best about the product?
Helps improving conversations using Generative AI which will help companies customers acquire more customers and probably get customer success done through it. So all in all good product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about it. As I said It's a good product and I don't see any downside in the product. We have just started to see how it can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to add conversation intelligence to our website and product. It will take time to implement and get the best use of it. Trying to figure how it can help us out.
