Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud based is easy to utilize. I really like the collaboration page and the entities are easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have Asset or Fleet Management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are providing resources for Asset and Fleet Management. It has been nice to mull over our options to pick the best choice for us.

simple, lack of intuitive use and guidance for futureproofing

the ease of importing and entering bills and being able to pay them. it has saved alot of time from my previous accounting software.

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Sage is probably the easiest accounting software to use. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. The layout is easy and you can easily find what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only complaint would be that the report building tool is not as easy to use as the rest of Sage Intacct platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily manage and have overview of multiple entities in one accounting system is really helpful.
Powerful Financial Platform with loads of potential
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using Sage Intacct, I was impressed by how intuitive the platform felt. It was easy to start managing invoices, payments, and reconciliations. The system is also very customizable and allows you to tailor workflows to fit unique approval processes. You can even set up custom fields that made our reporting much more meaningful.
Integrating Sage Intacct with CRM and payment systems was surprisingly simple, which traditionally is not the case. This eliminated a lot of manual data entry and reduced errors. Performance and reliablity of the platform was good, there were no downtimes to speak of.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, if I needed to fix a transaction, the process felt a bit clunky due to requiring extra steps.
Creating more advanced, customized reports has a definite learning curve. I needed to dig into the docs to get the insights I needed. It would be nice to have GenBI tools to automatically generate reports based on NLP.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sage Intacct is its robust financial reporting and automation features, which save time and reduce manual errors. The cloud-based platform also makes it easy to access real-time data from anywhere, enhancing decision-making.

Some customization options require technical expertise or support, which can slow down implementation.

Sage Intacct is solving the problem of manual, time-consuming financial processes by automating tasks like accounts payable, reporting, and consolidations. This has improved our efficiency, reduced errors, and given us faster access to accurate financial data for better decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct offers a wide range of features, but I use the Custom Report Builder almost daily. It’s an incredibly powerful tool that makes it easy to implement new ways of reviewing financials. The interface is extremely user-friendly, and there’s a wealth of resources available if you need assistance—almost every feature includes a help button or guide. Implementation is generally straightforward and can be relatively simple, depending on the size and complexity of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration can be a bit challenging due to the learning curve involved. While this can be seen as a drawback, it's also a positive aspect—it pushes users to truly master the software. That said, there is room for trial and error, and mistakes are common along the way as you become more familiar with the system.

It has been especially helpful in tracking our POC accounting projects, providing clear insight into what’s changing from month to month.

What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a friendly user, where it is easy to navigate which function in accounting is needed. The fonts are easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they don't have the option to download multiple invoices which has different accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage is helping us to navigate which department in accounting needs to be used for processing, like for example they have categories for Accounts Receivables and inside that are the modules for a certain process like, posting payments or looking at Customer Aging report.

A Very Smart Upgrade
What do you like best about the product?
Intacct is a huge upgrade for our company. It works seamlessly with our other software. The reports are accurate and easy to access. The reports are also customizable to meet our needs. I am able to favorite reports for quicker access. Almost all settings and setup options are adjustable so I can set my pages and reports up how I want. I have not experienced any lagging or issues with speed of loading pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct looks a bit dated. I appreciate its simplicity, but it is visually underwhelming. I have been told a few times by Intacct support that certain report customizations require additional payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping us efferently and accurately with cash management and accounts receivable reports. We are using it to conveniently send accurate account statements to our customers.
