What do you dislike about the product?
In the past I have used Hoovers, it was not good compared to Zoominfo. Currently nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get to the contact faster and in a better way, this is possible due to the likely to engage feature and mobile numbers

ZoomInfo provides a valuable resources for obtaining Contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is easy to use and allows me to obtain contacts to companies to make connection with. I am able to constantly get the information I looking for with easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I do not get enough information from ZoomInfo on key role players like phone numbers and busy emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem ZoomInfo solve for me is that it provides me a contact for a company when the contact I use to have has moved on.

It is very useful especially you are in sales, marketing or lead generation field.It gives accurate data and saves lot of time while searching in other products. It has real time data and advanced search features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data's are not correct and duplicating and little expensive for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to verifying the data's and saves time. It gives more leads to productive teams.

Much Needed Insight
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales provided a much-needed insight into our service market buyer intent search activity and the key decision makers in those organizations. I typically use this program daily, and it is always open in my browser. It integrated well into our Hubspot CRM and Outlook email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about ZoomInfo Sales. I like all the info it gives me that I don't see any other way to get. It consequently has a lot of complexity and takes time to fully utilize all the features. Fortunately, the Client Onboarding Team assigned to me did a very good job of understanding the unusual aspects of our business and helping me set everything up to fit our needs, and the Client University helps me learn best practices to apply all these features. Any limitations seem to be in the learning 'how to' use the program. Not the program and the underlying data itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me identify and qualify unknown prospective organizations, identify decision-makers for our services, and then the AI tool creates unique, well-crafted introduction messages specific to any of 12 different service offerings that prospects are researching.
The second major value for me is in monitoring my large list of target prospects for relevant intent searches, since I had no visibility into their readiness to purchase our services without ZoomInfo Sales and would have had to resort to blind cold calls. It also provided key decision-makers in those organizations for my prospecting efforts.
The third benefit for me was 'websights' -- reports on organizations that had visited our website and details of their activity. We had no tool for this, and it was a bonus that ZoomInfo offered that insight as well. For contacts already in our CRM, I understand that it will now also indicate who visited our website. That will be a nice addition, but I have not benefited from it yet.
Integration with our HubSpot CRM was seamless, and I had no issues with that. ZoomInfo has been key in adding the correct contacts into Hubspot.
