What do you like best about the product?
Allow our company to have an overview of all our AWS accounts in one place. It gives us countless insights into continuous improvement, finances, security, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who are not from the technology area, the tool is a little challenging to operate, but it could be a little more user-friendly. The price for Brazil could be a little better, as the exchange rate makes the cost high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have many customers with countless accounts, nOps allows us to centralize all the management of these accounts, providing improvements in security, cost, resiliency, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
nOps is quick and easy to use and provides great insight to AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a generally good experience. I do not recall any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well-Architected Framework reviews were made much more simpler for us and our customers.
nOps ShareSave is a no brainer!
What do you like best about the product?
We use it optimize cloud spend and automate well-architected reviews to make the right trade-offs in our cloud environments. Highly recommended!

N/A - I wish I could provide some level of constructive criticism here, I can't think of anything I dislike (based on how I use nOps). Bottom line is we love nOps!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While nOps helps us with all the pillars of the Well Architected Framework, we primarily benefit from its ability to help us optimize cost.

No Brainer when you aren’t paying anything out of pocket and still save $$

Nops helped us save 20% on our spend. Loved how quick and seemless it was and most of all did not cost us anything we weren't ready for.

It was pretty seamless. They were responsive and on it.

Just like any startup. Cost was a huge concern and nops showed us quickly and clearly where we could save.

What do you like best about the product?
The nOps platform is an essential part of Valcann's Cloud operation. With it, we were able to manage all our customers in an integrated way, focusing not only on the FinOps vision, but also on the best practices of Well-Architected. I strongly recommend!

The reports of nops help me to identify some cost issues of my environment.

It's incredible how nOps works based on the environment. We can select how pillar you would like to work. Our company has been working on pillars and customers' environments are changing their functionality for a better way.

AWS Cost Savings and WAR report
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use to work with both product and the team. Support was very responsive, and we got a lot out of nOps. I will definitely recommend nOps to others from basic auditing to detailed WAR report.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multiple AWS accounts, make sure nOps scans all the sub accounts and the final report is comprehensive report of all your accounts. Just few extra steps needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost savings; we had to review and bring the cost down at the same time we wanted to have 3rd party scan our accounts for basic auditing and create a comprehensive WAR report.
