Long time Jamf user - it's still the best
What do you like best about the product?
The power and flexibility to do so much when it comes to managing Apple devices. The Jamf team are always happy to chat at events, over a support call, or even in Mac Admins Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnection between the products, but I appreciate that is a work in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a complete Jamf shop - it manages our Apple devices, keeps them secure via policies, Protect, Trust, and Security Cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is always responsive within a business day. They now offer more training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per machine. The new tabs are a little more difficult to find items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to script App updates and manage many pieces, since not being able to clone Macs anymore. I still am learning things, each and every time I set up new Macs.
JAMF the best way to manage your Apple devices.
What do you like best about the product?
JAMF Pro gives us the tools to report on our computers and devices in our environment. The dashboard is particularly helpful in giving us a quick glance at our environment. The ability to create custom smart groups to apply policies and profiles to are a game changer. Not to mention the ability to control when software is updated from the OS to third party software. The training we received when implementing JAMF Pro was second to none. Customer Support has always been helpful and quick to respond to our submissions. Integrating JAMF Pro with our environment of Mac laptops, iPads, iPhones and PC was so easy. Our techs use JAMF Pro on a daily basis to remote into systems and perform maintenance. Using JAMF Pro is so easy and you will be hard pressed to find a better product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found one yet. Weekly my techs are telling me new features they love about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really needed a MDM to manage our computers and devices. In our organization, we have a mixed environment with PC's, Mac laptops, iPad's and iPhones. JAMF Pro has helped us managed our macs like we have with our PC's as well as streamline our onboarding of new users with our Macs.

I use Jamf everyday to manage 1000s of Apple products.
Jamf Pro Cloud is still the best in class Mobile Device Management solution for organizations invested in Apple's ecosystem. Its integration with Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple TV devices leverages Apple's native management frameworks better than any competitor, providing administrators with granular control over device settings, applications, and security policies.
Implementing and integrating with Jamf keeps getting easier every year.
The platform excels in complete device lifecycle management, from zero-touch deployment through Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager to sophisticated automation and scripting capabilities.
The security features are robust, including FileVault encryption management, certificate deployment, and detailed compliance reporting that meets enterprise-grade requirements.
The Self Service app empowers end users while maintaining IT control. Jamf's Mac App features allows the deployments and updating of many apps without constant packing.
Jamf's support has greatly improved over the years.

Jamf is very robust and can seem overwhelming for a new admin. But Jamf offers training that will get them up to speed.
Jamf 100 is free self paced training online and you can pay for the test to get certified. I would recommend any admin to start here.
Additional training is available from Jamf and can be expensive. This is really my only complaint about Jamf.

I am able to deploy Apple products and keep them secure and updated with ease.
Best MDM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I"ve support 3 different MDM. Jamf, Intune and VMware Workspace One (Airwatch). By far the easiest and most intuitive solution is Jamf. We have MacBooks and iPads enrolled in Jamf and it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they expanded to Windows but I know that probably isn't realistic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage Apple devices. I am the only Jamf Admin and Jamf is so easy to manage I can do it all by myself.
Comprehensive Solution for Apple device Management
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro stands out as a robust and sophisticated solution for managing Apple devices in a professional environment. With its comprehensive suite of features and user-friendly interface, no doubt its the leading enterprise management tool for macOS and iOS devices. I like the ability to automate, manage stuffs to a granular level annd easily take care of security, compliance.

So far my experience is good.. Only think that I would like to be improved is more contents and examples in Jamf KB articles.

Managing Mac and Ios devices
Jamf Pro Best Updated MDM for Apple devices.
What do you like best about the product?
The staff are always on the latest CVEs or issues related to Apple device management. Jamf Pro has a workflow for anything you want to do related to managing these devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to rollout without help, however, Jamf implementation team is great at helping to mitigate this learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apple does not provide comprehensive management options without leveraging a 3rd party MDM solution. Jamf makes it possible to restrict portions of the OS that need to be limited for security, update software that needs to be kept current, and provide a credential integration with 3rd party solutions for login.

the security of the platform and its very eay to use and make changes that suites our organization

i have been using the platform for 2/3 years now and only one thing can get annoying is the password conflict with Intune

Security breeches on devices users can no longer do as they please
Jamf Pro is a helpful and robust mobile device management system.
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very scalable. It can be used to do basic things quickly and easily. It can also grow with the skill level of the administrator and advanced functionality can be added to the existing infrastructure over time. Even some advanced tasks can be completed easily via the GUI that would otherwise require complex code writing and configuration creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the requirements to use advanced features are annoying. Either technical requirements like the Jamf Account SSO for some features or just additional fees to use some very helpful features of the product.

Ensuring a large fleet of computers and devices is up to date, patched, and secured from exploitation.

The ability and ease to manage our Mac computers, and to provide outstanding service to our user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be a little steep but it's well worth the effort.
