What do you like best about the product?
UX - System user experience is incredibly simple and easy to follow - requires minimal training to become proficient in use
Transparency - Clear reporting from the dashboard screen allows for immediate clarity on performance/cost tracking
Forecasting/Planning - Calendar view provides a great quick visual view of horizon - enabling you to plan for big contract renewals well in advance - greatly simplifying the financial planning/forecasting process
Workflows - Customisable workflows allow the consumer to create a workflow that meets our requirements - not common with a number of procurement systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no issues or complaints to note.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Vertice is their constant presence and the high quality they bring to everything they do. They are a reliable point of reference, always ready to provide concrete and effective support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report. As at today I don't see any significant point of improvement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS Spend Management. Thanks to Vertice we were able to save a consistent amount of money and to perform a 2x on our initial investment

What do you like best about the product?
By outsourcing the negotiation with our SaaS providers to Vertice since the beginning of this year, we benefit from additional expertise to save money on our contracts and we save time internally.

The relationship with the Vertice teams is regular and of very good quality.

The platform provided is easy to use, allowing us to have a global view of our contracts. We appreciate the new features that make it increasingly efficient and suited to the needs of our IT department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints to date regarding Vertice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The experience of Vertice's buyers allows for the implementation of all possible levers during a negotiation. Vertice saves us time internally.

Newer company still building, some features need to grow into more configurable options, but this is a nitpick, not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gave us a streamlined and easy-to-use platform to launch our new procurement function on. Quick implementation and interation on original design has helped with user adoption.
Benchmarking helps us not go into negotiations blind.
Centralized view of contracts helps executives and product owners quickly answer questions.
Configurability to manage security and legal review processes and reflect risk scoring data on vendor profile.

Most importantly, when I have a problem whether a technical issue, product feature we need, or consultation on best practices, they deliver every time.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has made managing and optimizing our SaaS spend so much easier. Their team is knowledgeable, proactive, and always ready to help, even beyond what is required of them. The insights and savings we've gained through their service have been invaluable. I’d highly recommend Vertice to anyone looking to streamline their software expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did encounter a few errors while using the platform, but we immediately reported them to our Customer Success Manager, who promptly escalated the issue to the Engineering team. It was reassuring to see how quickly and professionally it was addressed. Their responsiveness and commitment to resolving issues really stood out.

One area for improvement would be notifications for comments posted on the platform. Since I don’t regularly check Vertice unless I have a request or need to review progress, it would be really helpful if comment updates could be pushed to Slack—even without tagging. This would ensure I stay informed in real time without needing to manually check the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us solve the time-consuming and often complex task of negotiating with SaaS vendors. Their team is highly knowledgeable and handled negotiations on our behalf, allowing us to focus on more strategic and high-priority work. It’s been a huge time-saver and has significantly reduced the effort we spend on renewals.

What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has been a valuable partner in managing our SaaS contract negotiations and renewals. They've supported me through two recent renewals, helping to secure improved terms through providing practical and useful negotiation strategies.

Beyond the financial benefits, their involvement has saved me significant time by taking on the heavy lifting of the negotiation process, allowing me to focus on other priorities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any new platform, the Vertice platform was a bit tricky to understand at first, but once you use it for a while, it makes sense and is intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us negotiate better with SaaS vendors and to remove this work from my plate so that I can focus on other work.

This benefits me as we get better conditions on SaaS contracts, as well as giving me more time.

Success depends heavily on strong internal vendor ownership — someone still needs to provide contract context and renewal needs

Workflows are still being developed. For example, you can't cancel some workflow steps once initiated and you have to ask your account manager to do these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice has been a fantastic solution for helping us centralise, organise, and manage both our SaaS and non-SaaS contract spend. One of the biggest benefits is that they handle all standard vendor contracts on our behalf, freeing up our time to focus on the more strategic relationships internally.

The Vertice team are consistently helpful, proactive, and take a hands-on approach with our account. Their insight into vendor pricing and market benchmarks is invaluable — we’ve often benefited from better deals or been guided toward more cost-effective alternatives. Their “playbooks” and expert negotiation support have played a key role in securing favourable contract terms.

The platform itself includes great tools for managing workflows and renewal approvals, which brings structure and visibility to the whole process.

What do you like best about the product?
First and foremost, the ability to save me money, save me time, and provide new perspectives on a deal that I hadn't seen before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don’t feel that they cover the entire market—mainly just SaaS companies, which is a shame.
Also, their ability to challenge me by saying something like “Why go with company X? There’s another one that’s much cheaper with an identical product” is still missing, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get much better prices than what i used to get and i think that now i know what is the red lines of the companies..

What do you like best about the product?
The time saved negotiating renewals and procurement of SaaS tools and agreements as well as the contract management aspect of the same. Moreover, Vertice has proven significant cost savings over the years, I've been working with them.
Additionally, the communication with their team is so smooth and frictionless, so it is a real pleasure to work with them.
The no-code setup of approval flows and review flows are a fantastic feature that they have recently added.

With Vertice, we have gone from having a wild-west approach of our SaaS contracts to be fully in control and compliant in all aspects in this realm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing that I dislike about Vertice - honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time spent on negotiating and managing SaaS contracts. Moreover, we have accomplished full control over our SaaS contract landscape using Vertice.
