Vertice - an extension of the team
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Vertice have a can do attitude. They are very experiences in the areas they cover, with excellent industry knowledge and experience
Vertice are effectively now an extension of our team working closely with us on renewals, new business and best practice.
The Vertice platform is well designed, integrates with systems we have and provides timely data to guide contract agreement.

What do you dislike about the product?
Vertice are excellent to work with - I do not have anything to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to a reduced team side we are using Vertice as an extension of our procurement team, a role they fulfill very well.

What do you like best about the product?
The people! Everybody is super flexible and they also adapt to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Everything has been working well. Initially I think you will always have to understand and adapt to each other way of working but after that is savings and more savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice is helping us with our renewals so we can have savings and get the best deal.

Right now there are a few minor tweaks that are being made to the product to improve it - once these are implemented, I will have no constructive criticism!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- The amount of time spent managing tools.
- The amount of time spent on renewing and negotiating tools.
- Understanding tool pricing benchmarks.
- Proactively flagging renewal / auto-renewal dates, allowing us to cancel or make critical contract changes to our tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Vertice is the collaboration dynamic, we've always had a great team culture here @ Babylon, and working with Vertice feels just like dealing with an extension of the team.
They are capable of handling the rapidly shifting business & stakeholder demands and are patient when there is a lack of clear direction.
The team has a good attitude, temperament, and willingness to support, we also appreciate their ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the toughest aspect with these types of services (which will be tough for any service provider in this field to solve for) is:
'How do you replace the intangible institutional knowledge that an internal team would have built over time?'
Although I do not think there is an easy answer to this Vertice makes the effort to understand business needs carefully, and over time I'm confident they will develop the 6th sense of the unwritten rules of operating within Babylon.

Vertice help us to project-manage our complex renewal calendar and ensure that we are dealing with vendors in a timely manner in order to avoid putting ourselves into low-leverage situations.

What do you like best about the product?
Our purchasing manager Alex did an amazing job in negotiating contracts with our SaaS partners. Would always include him again!

No downsides that I can think of so far.

Highly Recommend Vertice for help with Vendor Procurement and Saving Money!
What do you like best about the product?
Vertice came in at the perfect time. My business needed help cleaning up our SaaS stack, organizing our contracts, getting a high-level dashboard of what we have and when we renew, and (most importantly) saving money. Vertice came in with a guarentee to save us X dollars over 2 years, a lovely UI dashboard, and a willingness to help which was unmatched by their competitors. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
They are a young company who are in the process of growing. With that, some features you would expect to be available are not available from day one. There were also time zone issues with our reps communicating for a bit, but that has since been resolved as they expand to the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice both helps us clean up our Vendor management and procurement process, but also guarantees to save us money. They take care of the negotiation side of vendor procurement.

The personnel and working with them is very pleseant and proffesional.

Not dislike but I think the Vertice platform that provides insights to usage and licenses assignment is not good enough. There are tools in the market that provide a much better coverage.

Veritce are helping us to bridge the gap we have by not having an internal procurement team.

Since we started working with Vertice we have a clear overview of our stack and we are receiving contact support from our Purchasing Manager and Account Manager at Vertice. The communication with the team is also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I missed some more onboarding material which we could share with our stakeholders and users.

Great experience with Vertice over the last 3 months.
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Vertice for 3 months and we've had good results so far. Platform is easy to use and interact with and we also recently went live with their usage analytics feature where usage/licences are being monitored to avoid costly true-ups at renewal and identify further savings opportunities. AM team is proactive which is also great to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still a high dependency on the business/Procurement teams to engage initially, where they are required to initiate the renewal rather than Vertice. Reminders in the platform/engagement from the V team would help.
