What do you like best about the product?
Negotiations are handled by Vertice instead of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signed contracts for amounts less than $15k must be manually updated by the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the cognitive load it places on individuals around negotiation.

As a normal startup in the beginning, we had a lack of cost control and oversight of the SaaS tools every department was using. First, it helped us to have everything in one place and provided clear information about the costs. It was also very helpful with renewal negotiations.

A very minor dislike but this does take "work". The less organized you are in your systems, the more work it will take to GET organized in the Vertice system. Just do the work. It's worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
We partnered with Vertice to manage our tail-end spend. This helped us and our stakeholders to save valuble resources to focus on other priorities. Vertice not only helped us to cut costs, they are also very proactive and regularly come up with insights and recommendations to optimize our SaaS stack.

We as the Procurement team especially value Vertice’s vast benchmark data which has so far been extremely accurate and helpful for our self-managed contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Vertice has been really good in reducing our SaaS spend, some important system integrations aren't available yet. However, they have always been transparent about their roll-out plans and are actively working on new capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Vertice to manage our tail-end spend. This helps our Procurement Team and other stakeholders to focus on high-value contracts and other priorities. For self-managed contracts Vertice also provides support by delivering very accurate benchmark data. Additionally it's worth to mention Vertice intuitive and user-friendly platform which provides a great overview of our SaaS stack and sends out scheduled notifications for upcoming Renewal deadlines. This helped us getting rid of Excel sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
The procurement managers' expertise is what truly stands out. Their support and insights have been crucial in managing a wide range of procurement topics efficiently, making a significant impact on our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform itself is helpful and easy to use, there are times when its features could be more tailor-made to better fit specific needs. Also it lacks integration with other systems like P2P or CLM which had an impact on the implementation (manual inputs) and the ongoing uploading of contracts.

Vertice is solving the challenge of managing diverse procurement topics efficiently without the need to expand our team. Their expert procurement managers provide invaluable insights and support, helping streamline our processes and enhance decision-making. What do you like best about the product?
Vertice has been great for our business. The platform has provided us with the ability to have visibility over all of our spend in one consolidated place. Contract reviews are no longer a surprise, since the platform is able to notify us of upcoming reviews to ensure that we allow enough time to negotiate the best price.

Our procurement manager from Vertice is able to achieve saving results with minimal input from the team. The user interface and workflow management tools inside the platform make it easy to submit the information the procurement team need to negotiate on your behalf. Vertice and our dedicated procurement manager has also allowed us to embded more structure and maturity into our procurement process without adding any extra overhead. Vertice are able to help organise the gathering of security documentation and completion of security questionarres so there is less administration overhead on our side

Overall, Vertice has streamlined our procurement and renewal processes and has already contributed to our cost efficiency in the few months we have been on the platform.

Vertice helps us to reduce our SaaS spend. They also manage a few other vendor contracts which are not strictly SaaS
The Vertice platform helps us get visibility over our spend, our upcoming renewals and helps us to ensure that we are constantly reviewing these to optmise cost.
