Significant savings and effortless renewal processes thanks to Vertice
What do you like best about the product?
The Vertice team took on our SaaS renewals and spending, and their expertise in this area was immediately evident. The Vertice team not only handled the entire process efficiently but also demonstrated their negotiation prowess by securing renewals at significantly better rates than we could have achieved on our own. This partnership with Vertice saved us an enormous amount of time and effort—resources we simply could not afford to divert from our core business activities. The immediate savings we saw were a testament to their skill and dedication. We highly recommend Vertice to any organization looking to optimize their SaaS and cloud spending.

Exceptional Service and Unmatched Expertise
What do you like best about the product?
From the onset of our collaboration, Vertice has consistently delivered outstanding service that not only meets but exceeds expectations. Their team of professionals, led by the diligent efforts of Gabriela Cangas and Keshav Pillai, has demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex negotiations and secure favorable terms that benefit our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our solutions are transversal to our aourganization so in terms of monitoring the cost and budget per deparment it would be usefull if we can split a contract cost into different areas so we can see on the dashboard the complete cost generated by a single department accross all our contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract renewal time and cost reduction. This summarizes the most important value provided by Vertice. Now we are getting better savings in our contracts and my team spends less time manging all the renewals with all our multiple SaaS vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, professionals, you can leave it in their hands and trust that your SaaS will be renewed correctly. I use it daily and the integration with the applications is great, being able to see the licensing usage per user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management platform, still in the process of improvement, especially in the management of departments and users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the only drawbacks I find are that the minimum amount to negotiate is 5k, although we have known this since we started working together. Similarly, there is little SaaS left in that category, so the impact is minimal. Even so, it keeps us active with the small providers.
Easy-to-work-with partner who has saved us a lot of money
What do you like best about the product?
It has been a pleasure working with our contact person at Vertice. I always get support timely and receive better offers from the suppliers with Vertice's involvement. This gives me peace-of-mind that we are getting the best offer possible from whatever tools we purchase. I also appreciate the flexibility Vertice offers to meet our tight timeline sometimes, which enables me to deliver business-critical projects ontime.
What do you dislike about the product?
When planning a new project that needs new tools, I would need to factor in 1-2 months leadtime to involve Vertice in the purchase, which can delay the launch of some projects. Vertice seems to undestand this challenge well so they have been trying to meet our deadline when possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vertice helps us get better offers from potential SaaS suppliers.
SaaS subscription renewals
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful and have assisted us with saving licencing costs on a number of SaaS products when we have been due to renew the subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, they have been very helpful with our renewals.

Finding us the best renewal price in terms of value for money and support.

Keeps all our contracts organised. The team are incredibly helpful with staying up to date with renewals.

I can't think of anything. apart from the fact its restricted to SaaS contract only

Managing negotiation with vendors wiht their comprehensive insight database and experinced procurement analysts

Pleasant experience with Vertice
What do you like best about the product?
It was my first time working with a company like Vertice, and I got the chance to engage with them during our yearly renewal discussions with a major compliance tool we are using. I had a great experience in terms of communication and the overall results the collaboration with Vertice brought to our negotiations.

There is really no negative experience I had with Vertice.

What do you like best about the product?
Great negotiating results! Great outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Which they had intake orchestration workflows. But their negotiating accumen is creating great savings outcomes for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping is get great negotiating outcomes. We aren't really using their platform ATM as we use Opstream.
