What do you like best about the product?
I really like the "Monitor" app where you can make dashboards on the fly

It should be easier to make rules that dsiplay immediatly on login

Historically it's been tricky to keep up to date with all the changes and renaming

What do you like best about the product?
The Breadth of coverage of for asset monitoring to drive efficiency and predictive quality insights

So far so good wiht my demonstrations I've seen thus far and I look forward to demoing it further during RealizeLIVE

It is giving me a better understanding of the functionality of the product so that I can better align potential opportunies with our readership

Easy to use all Timeseries data in all Insights Hub apps

- The Support Center is to complicate.

The platform is perfect, I have no problems using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has ease of use and various integration systems for automation, perfectly reaching the levels of IIOT with various resources for industrial processes.
I realized that it makes supervising the information much easier.

The Integration with Node-Red and data collection from the PLC

For now, I don't have an assessment of what I don't like.

At this moment, the ease of integration and management of the information from the automation system.
First contact with Insights Hub
What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful Industrial IoT application suite and offers many tools to execute functions and analyze data efficiently. The interface is pleasant and easy to get used to. The training at SITRAIN in São Paulo was superb and the instructors were amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was my first contact, no complaints so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, I'm learning how to use the Insights Hub.
Insights hub is great for industrial automation
What do you like best about the product?
What is most impressive about the insight hub is the ease of implementing items that already have defined types. The user doesn't have to do much work and can now visualize the data in real time. It's incredible how easy it is to create dashboards. Platform support in Brazil is also excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The models for use with mqtt and clp must be created externally, not being very intuitive. However, technical support has helped a lot with this.

Ease of data visualization and analysis tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Capacity to provide robust connectivity for industrial devices, advanced real-time data analysis, flexible development of custom applications, efficient integration with Siemens systems, and emphasis on security to ensure the protection of critical data in the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
To take advantage of all the features, users may face a learning curve, especially if they are not familiar with IoT concepts and cloud platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single IIoT platform where I can input all the data and thus make decisions, perform advanced analyses, and supervision checks.
Easy and secure way to manage assets and digitalize any industry
What do you like best about the product?
Undoubtly Insights Hub is one of the most complete IoT platforms with high flexibility to connect any enabled device. Such flexibility is really important for mixed configuration plants, when integration of data is the key for success. In addition to the completeness and security for data storage, Insights Hub provides powerfull and still simple tools to analyze and correlate information in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using out-of-the-box tools is extremelly easy, developing your own app in the platform can be sometimes tricky. Development documentation is not so easy to explore and takes a lot of expertise to be successfull in unleashing all the potential of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By monitoring all connected assets of the multiple sites, it was possible to excecute predictive maintenance of robotic arms motors, preventing them from jamming and permanently damaging the most expensive components of the machine

Time Series model of database is limitant.
