What do you like best about the product?
Predictive fatigue life simulation for additive manufacturing parts is an amazing capability of simcenter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very much optimized but more training can be provided online for best usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in medical field simulation of additive manufacturing parts is very important. Simcenter has helped a lot in doing complex simulation for medical field.

Amazing durability simulation capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Simcenter has an amazing ability bfor durability and fatigue analysis. I specially use for railway components.
What do you dislike about the product?
Durability analysis is amazing but can be made more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Railway components design needs high durability simulation and fatigue analysis for this components are very good designed and simulated in simcenter. So it heps a lot.
Amazing electromagnetic simulation capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I have a lot of tasks related to electromagnetic simulation and Simcenter has been a very good software for me. The complex modelling capability and fast and easy simulation interface has helped me a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modelling interface is very good but can be made a bit more user friendly for the early engineers. This will help a lot for new engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amazing complex modelling and meshing capabilities. Post processing capabilities and good interface with 3rd party software is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
As a design engineer I have to perform lots of computational fluid dynamics analysis. Sim center provides accurate and fast results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Computational fluid dynamics need a lot of modelling and computational activity. This can be more refined.

In our organization Simcenter is solving problems related go oil flow and gases. This is so benefiting.

Simcenter has the capability of electromagnetic simulation. This helps a lot in design of electrical equipments. Low and high frequency electromagnetic simulation capability works seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software works very fine but the space management can be improved. The software can be more refined and meshing capability can be made more user-friendly.

The simulations related to electrical are a distinct feature for Simcenter. The 3d modelling capability is very user friendly. As an electrical designer it was very user friendly for me to learn this.

It is relatively new software. More training sessions and online webinars should be conducted to penetrate in market.
If properly marketed , the software has the capability to be industry leader in CAE segment.

The Thermal and Electromagnetic simulation features of Simcenter are perfectly made to design the product optimized and the results are so accurate and reliable.

User-friendly interface, infact seems extension of NX CAD UI, very easy to apply loads and boundary conditions.

Integrated Ecosystem, helps designers to move back and forth between applications e.g. CAD to static, dynamic. Even in FEA moving from structural to acoustic.

Siemens should add more help videos and lectures for new learns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Simcenter 3D for electrical simulation of electro statistics and electro magnetic calculations. We are planning to take thermal as next step. Once electrical simulation are covered we will plan to integrate structural analysis.
