An indespensible tool worth trying out for yourself.
What do you like best about the product?
MIRO has quickly become an indispensable tool in my professional toolkit. I rely on it every month to map workflows, build out structured processes, and create polished, client-ready documentation.
There are plenty of workflow mapping tools out there, but what sets MIRO apart is how intuitive and flexible it is. Whether I’m using one of their well-designed templates or building something entirely from scratch, the platform makes it incredibly easy to visualize and structure even the most complex workflows.
This isn’t just a personal productivity tool for me—it’s one I’ve consistently recommended to Compliance and IT teams as well. MIRO has proven to be extremely effective in helping teams document client onboarding processes, iterate on client-facing materials, and clearly explain evolving procedures.
If you’re looking for a visual collaboration tool that can keep up with the demands of cross-functional documentation and workflow clarity, MIRO is absolutely worth exploring.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that at times the process of building workflows can be a little quirky/clunky. But it is stil by far the easiest and best tool I've found for anything from sales engineering to capacity planning.

Great tool for digital progress tracking and ongoing project formatting
What do you like best about the product?
Templates are extremely useful for rapid brainstorming and structure creation
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited color palettes for sticky notes make it difficult to coordinate sometimes (my team specifically uses it to color code each member)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling visibility, communication ease, meeting visualization.
Miro for product design processes is amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
I love to use Miro for document my researches, my benchmarkings. It's really easy to paste software screenshots and take notes. Also, I think it's very practical to facilitate workshops with people who don't even know how to use the tool in the daily basis.
It's very easy to explain how the Miro works and everyone gets it very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't usually like is that sometimes I have dificulties to find my boards on my tabs, specially when I searching on the browser's history, because the title of the page often don't shows the name of the board.
For example: I often have to look for a board that I don't know there it is, then I know exactly the name of the file, but I don't remember in which team is it.
When I type the name of the board, I only have generic results like "Miro.com". The same happens when I have multiple saved tabs. I have to click and load every single board to see the content to realize if thats what the board i'm looking for or not.

The powerhouse tool that increases productivity on a daily basis
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep everything for a project in one place. From user flows to documents, to inspiration images. I love that I can easily share the board with others to collaborate on as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone doesn't have an account, it's a bit harder to share work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that I can keep everything organized! It's also super easy to invite others to collaborate.
RP LOVES MIRO
What do you like best about the product?
At RevPartners, we use Miro for everying. One of our operating principles is "draw it out" - we always say that any problem that needs to be solved should start with us drawing or mapping it out. By visualizing the problem, you can often find the root cause and then create clarity on how to solve it.
Miro helps us do that with both our internal processes and our customers. It's easy to use, quick to learn, and easy to share! Love the templates that are available and how easy it is to customize or brand the boards.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think I have any qualms about Miro!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Miro helps us map in live time - whether for our own internal processes or for our customers. It's like being in an office with a big white board, but we're all virtual.
Great visual aid
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly I can use it to visualize an idea to colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps I haven't explored enough but I'd love to see better integration with Jira - not necessarily to create issues, but to link (and see a preview of) existing issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, I use this to visually illustrate ideas to my colleagues. Additionally, as a product manager who has to lead feature shaping sessions, Miro is the whiteboard we use to collaborate.
The best tool for every student and marketer
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to make everything organized and it's very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it loses connection and deletes the last element I was working on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to take notes and allows me to keep every important information in one place
Easy to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Collaborating with Miro is incredibly efficient. You can easily invite multiple peers to brainstorm and refine the design aspects of a feature right within the platform. Researching ideas is straightforward, and organizing and summarizing thoughts happens seamlessly when developing a new feature. With Miro, the design process becomes not just easier but also more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating around in Miro is challenging when multiple people are collaborating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration, Brainstorming and Researching User Problems are the top ones that come to my mind.
Overall a good experience but can be better
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make any type of flow-diagrams or even design slides for PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation on text styles and formatting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to extract high quality images for our slides that we want in a pdf but don't want to use PowerPoint. Further it provides great shapes and support for flow chart creations.
