A very good fraud prevention tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a tool, it is very detailed oriented when looking at the information it provides. The tool is not only very accurate but also very extensive in the amount of information it provides. The assistance from the SEON team is fantastic. They always strive to help no matter what issue one might be facing
What do you dislike about the product?
That the tool might not seem user-friendly, yet with the help of the internal knowledge database, one can get accustomed to it pretty quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bonus abusers mainly and we are getting help preventing ATO attacks.

One of the best fraud prevention tools out there. The team behind SEON are always available to help when needed.

Working as risk and Fraud analyst this is the best tool you can get. Amazing features
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to personalize the tool as much as you need. Seon also has machine learning that finds similarities based on your input and proposes similar rules able to spot abuses you wouldn't notice otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything. Seon is great. it perfecly integrates with a lot of systems, you are also able to download report or preset warning emails. the site is fast and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Seon for Fraud prevention. With the rules preset it is an amazing filter to get only good customers for your business. The blacklisting has also a various range of options

What do you like best about the product?
SEON's support is fast, efficient, thorough and timely, and most of our issues were addressed on time & in single interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
SEON is considered a 'new' product to fight fraud in the market; therefore, certain features might be lacking. Having said this, their support and development teams are very efficient, so most of the features that we requested were launched after a few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud in general, bonus abusers, account take over attacks.
SEON has been a valuable addition to our fraud mitigation strategy.

I find the social media information provided when searching an email a great help when attempting to verify the legitimacy of a users information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension can be a little klunky to use, but SEON has been great at listening to our requests and making strives to improve its functionality.

Seon has given us an extra bit of information on our users with out us having to introduce needless friction to do so.
I had encountered several Fraud Fighter tools in my life and SEON had impressed me the most.

Hah, loads of things, Helpful, Knowledgeable stuff, easy interface. A can-do attitude and, of course, costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside? none that I can recall. Clearly, nothing stands out as a lack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Seon Fraud tool was delivering all that was required. Integrations, activations, and cooperation were top-notch. Seon still surprises me how easy it is now to reach out to anyone from Company, and they will more than happily help you solve outstanding issues.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, support is great. Within a matter of seconds, one can book a meeting with them. A free trial account is too good that allow understanding the platform without wasting money on RnD but right after that, realised that their solution is what we need for our problem.

There is nothing that we need and this platform is not having

The detailed information about the transactions offers information about the phone or the email, for example, if the phone could be fake or if it is linked to social networks and the same with the email. I consider very useful how it differentiates the registered address from the IP geolocation or even how it provides you all the info about the device used and its features. In summary, I like it because it offers handy information in depth

Nothing so far, I think it shows all the info I need to analyze a transaction

I use it to check suspicious players who recently registered in our casino, I analyze new players and pending withdrawals they could have.
It shows me information I would not identify without SEON, such as a player links to another player via IP, if the player is using a VPN, geolocation doesn't match with registered address....

What do you like best about the product?
There are a few things that I like best to be honest. First, the portal is well designed, fast, and intuitive. Second, the team is pretty amazing. I've learned more about fraud in the three months of using SEON than I have in three years.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing I dislike and have nothing negative to say.

Fraud is expensive, so reducing fraud is essential due to its cost and impact on profitability.

The SEON team is very helpful, but you will also need to analyze their data with your data to gain insights.
