Cyara is an invaluable product for every organization
What do you like best about the product?
Cyara has multiple innovative products that completely transform the ability of a company to more quickly and effectively complete UAT, Regression Testing, and Automate validation and functionality of Carriers, Contact Centers, PBX systems, and Chat systems. Cyara is product agnostic and works with whatever you currently have. They are always innovating and looking forward to the future, and are absolutely the leader in this market. All of their staff, ranging from their support desk, to CSMs, to TAMs, all the way up to their executives truly care about their customers, and are passionate about their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel that there are any things I dislike about the Cyara platform, it has been a fantastic tool that we use and rely on daily. It is robust and extremely effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyara Pulse automatically validates functionality of core functions of our business including Carrier/ PSTN, and Contact Center functionality, and alerts us via email and SMS if there is a disruption to these services.

Game-Changer for Automated CX
What do you like best about the product?
Cyara is the gold standard for automated customer experience (CX) assurance. What stands out most is its ability to simulate real-world customer interactions across voice and digital channels with astonishing accuracy. It enables us to detect and resolve issues long before they reach production. The platform integrates seamlessly into our CI/CD workflows, empowering our teams to deliver flawless CX at speed. The comprehensive reporting, robust regression testing, and proactive monitoring make it an indispensable part of our quality and innovation strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cyara is incredibly feature-rich, but that depth can be overwhelming at first. For newcomers, navigating advanced test case authoring and environment configurations could be more intuitive. That said, once the learning curve is overcome, the value delivered far outweighs the initial complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyara eliminates the risk of broken customer journeys by automating and scaling our CX testing. It helps us catch issues early, deploy faster with confidence, and deliver consistent, high-quality experiences across voice and digital channels.
the keynotes and sessions were engaging and relevant. they were also energizing and educational.
What do you like best about the product?
the tools are intuitive and don't take software development skills to use. i appreciate the forward thinking and innovation rather than simply staying with the status quo for testing or monitoring products. i can easily see how many features can be used in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
it might be that more products aren't packaged and sold together but haven't had time to review that as of yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's currently solving for time savings of IVR testing and regression testing. we are half way building test cases and it's found some bugs we didn't know were there already.

It's easy to use and it's evolving with new AI technologies. The best thing about Cyara is ability to automate and streamlining cx testing. Helping us quickly identify issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hard to answer this question. But we would like to have one tool to answer all automation help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing number of hours testing the product. Now we actually have regression suite with cyara.
Cyara Velocity
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to run the functional automation for running the IVR based applications. It reduces the automation effort and helps to catch the issues before li e deployment.

It would be great if Cyara can combine Botium and Velocity to together

Reduces automation costs and improve customer experience
Great way to test your voice and chat
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to built models, creat test scripts from those and speed up and make pipelines optimized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve heard from folks in my organization that on premise virtual agent never worked appropriately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to do integration and performance testing hoping to start utilizing models to do tdd.
Great IVR and NLP testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and nice UI. Solid functionality and fit for our team IVR testing and Natural Language functional and regression testing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Everything has been fit for our team use.

Regression testing , testing coverage of all business unit we support.
A must for monitoring end users and vru
What do you like best about the product?
For Pulse, it monitors from outside your environment so you get a true customer experience.
For ResolveAX, it gives you agent data from what mic they are using to MOS score.
For ResolveAX, it gives you agent data from what mic they are using to MOS score.
What do you dislike about the product?
ResolveAX needs a better install solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulse is a set it and forget it kind of monitor. You only need to check it out when something isn't working.

Cyara for Production testing
What do you like best about the product?
We use several platforms throughout our Omnichannel customer journey. Cyara allows us to test and monitor each piece of the experience and alerts us of issues occurring as well as where in the flow to give the starting point for troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web test case builds is not a No code as it should be.
