What do you like best about the product?
I like how New Relic gives you a clear, real-time view of your whole system so you can quickly spot and fix issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming with all the features and dashboards, and the pricing can get expensive as your usage grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New Relic helps me quickly identify performance bottlenecks, errors, and outages across my apps and infrastructure, which means I can fix issues faster and keep everything running smoothly for users.

What do you like best about the product?
Delivering real time performance insights across the entire stack is where new relic shines. The APM features are excellent . thanks to thorough transaction traces , error analytics and throughput matrices . The fact that APM, infrastructure monitoring ,logs and dashboards are all in one location is another feature I adore . debugging and root cause analysis are greatly accelerated by it , Because of the alerting systems strength and adaptability , proactive monitoring is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
the sheer volume of features on the platform can initially be daunting . Until you get used to it, the user interface seems a little crowded to new users . Additionally , some sophisticated features are only available at higher price points , which might not be suitable for startups for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New relic is solving several critical problems related to application performance , infrastructure monitoring and incident response . it gives me deep visibility into how my applications and services are performing in real time enabling proactive issue detection
