HYCO needs to work on Having local sale or at least channel to support the buniess accros the middle east region .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nice Backup Tool for Nutanix
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Backup Solution for Nutanix Environments. Contact & Support are very helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything you want to backup is supported.

Quick implemenation of DR Solutions and backup.
Easy to deploy and manage
What do you like best about the product?
HYCU can be deploy in 30 minutes. Configuration is simple, management easy and have some great feature like backup validation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing some deepdive documentation about process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to deploy. Gain time.
Best compatibility with Nutanix AHV

Simplicity, easy to install and upgrade.

LTO didn't work with HYCU. Need an other software for LTO.

Backup task works best than other solution.

What do you like best about the product?
HYCU's R-Cloud platform is very interesting as it allows for backup/security for critical parts of the data estate
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fact it's so cheap for good it is can sometimes be its biggest enemy as people think it's too good to be true
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to sell a very resilient solution with Nutanix as it integrates with it and the UI acts exactly the same
Are SaaS always reliable? with Hycu yes!
What do you like best about the product?
Hycu is really easy to setup, and being a SaaS itself is not our responsibility to maintain the infrastructure behin it.
If our SaaS goes down, or if something happend in this strange geopolitical period we are sure that our data are safe.
Hycu team is very great, rapid in the response and also developing new feature while new API are made avaiable from the SaaS provider.

Being able to interface with a lot of tools is not always easy to navigate the console, but once you have understood it it became faster and intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being sure that our data are backuped in a second place is a wonderful thing in this modern SaaS world.

Missing support for tape libraries is in some situation an issue.

HYCU is an outstanding solution for data backup and recovery. The software impresses with its user-friendliness and seamless integration with various cloud platforms like Google Cloud and Azure. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent customer support, which is always prompt and competent. The reliable performance and innovative features of HYCU make it a top choice for businesses looking to protect their data effectively.

While HYCU offers many useful features, some features for example single item restore of exchange is missing.

Innovative backup and DR solution from SaaS to Data Center!
What do you like best about the product?
HYCU provides a great variety of solutions that are very intuitive and easy to deploy, adopt and integdrate. SaaS based backup solutions are extremely simple to use and implement across Google Workspaces, Atlassian and many other platforms. The backup tooling allows customers to backup on-premises solutions across various platforms from VMware to Nutanix and on any cloud, especially Google Cloud Platform. SADA frequently recommends HYCU to our clients!

We need more SaaS solutions covered! We need more Google Cloud native products covered!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data protection as a turn key solution for SaaS tooling. The ability to backup and restore from data center and directly to cloud is a major win!
Setup and Forget, but it will not forget you when you need it

HYCU doesn't have a true Kubernetes backup solution.
