I have a great experience with HYCU software that I use regularly at work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's very easy to use and that they don't have agents and you can do everything yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, I think it's a great thing and if they continue like this, it will grow a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all my files from disaster recovery.

The simplicity of their application, the integrations they offer, the R-graph, and the fact that they listen to partners and customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
They still lack elements for the restoration of Jira backups to be complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offering backups in a SaaS environment, which ensures that our customers have security and, most importantly, compliance with European regulations on this matter.

Solution that simplified my life
What do you like best about the product?
Easy solution for us. When I started at my current position we used Microsoft Backup, and now with HyCU I can backup my data without interruption and clone it to my WORM data center.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. It works as it should. Great.

did not find anything abot HYCU , they can have solution for physical server

The support team is excellent and still now I did not face kind major problems.
HYCU has been one of the best experiences in enterprise software in a long time!
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation was super easy, pricing was a no-brainer compared to others on the market, and the support has been unbelievable. We initially only wanted to back up virtual machines with HYCU but after working with Broderick G and Chris Riveria we decided to also backup our M365 with them as well. The product is simple and straightforward, has minimal to no impact on our environment, and backs up directly to an off-site cloud. When I did need some help Broderick my sales rep got ahold of me early that morning and ensured that he and Chris Riveria stayed in contact until the problem was resolved. It was one of the best support responses I have ever seen a company provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes snapshots on the vm's will not delete,this stops the backups going forward until you actually notice that this has happenned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to backup our core critical virtual servers, there are several, and there was no backup in place at the time. We had received quotes for very shocking amounts to perform backup services for us, then we got introduced to HYCU. It was far less in comparision, the product was simple, straightforward, and they even implemented it for us while we wrapped up the sales call. Now our virtual core infrastructure is backed up into the cloud directly and off-site, if we have a total failure in our colo, we now have the backups outside of that to ensure recovery. Additionally we did purchase the HYCU M365 backup as it is cost effective and a great peace of mind to have your M365 covered as well.
Best backup solution I've used by far.
