Great backup software and support
What do you like best about the product?
It's a worry free software, very easy to use and with frendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative experiences using HYCU software

HYCU is my primary backup solution.

Peace of mind for back-ups

ease of use, pleasant interface, platform stability

strategy perhaps a little rigid, could do with a little more flexibility for certain things (possibility of applying one strategy to a VM and a different one to the application on the VM).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HYCU, our backups were manual, unstable and unreliable. Every little incident was an ordeal.
Since we opted for the HYCU solution, a simple daily glance is all it takes to ensure that everything is running smoothly and under control.
Peace of mind from that point of view.

Software Simplicity, easy deployment and support

Product software naming sometimes is confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Data Loss and simple disastory recovery process.

What do you like best about the product?
HYCU has great customer service with a knowledgeable staff. The software is easy to use and configure. I like how it integrates into google and M365.

Not having backups on a schedule that I can select.

The Support is fast and quick when and if issues arise.
There is regular contact with HYCU about our enviroment and how to best implement certain features

What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes about HYCU and its software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates our backups and applicationaware backups quickly and efficiently without using other agents except the Hypervisor API connections which creates a low to no-footprint on our servers and services.
HYCU easily integrates with Atlassian products
What do you like best about the product?
The HYCU support team is knowledge of their product and able to quickly help and resolve issues.
The onboarding was easy to follow and guide us through the implementation of the product to backup our Atlassian instances. The features are also interesting comparing to other products on the market. Overall a very easy to us solution which works efficiently and does what we ask it to.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product still seem young but evolving quickly to implement more features.
A few required settings were missing during the deployment, however we were able to quickly remmediate and implement the necessary items.
The lack of support for incremental backups is what we like the least.

HYCU helps us backup our Atlassian products, which creates an option for us to restore items in the Cloud and secure our data integrity with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Once you set it up, the almost no maintenance required and you can be sure that backup is being taken. The speed and easyness of restores are also nice features.

Nothing really, it just works! If there are any questions, the team are really quick to respond and help!

It ensures that I have an up 2 date backup, ready to recover/restore if needed, at all times. Easy to use for migration between platforms, on-premises or cloud.

there are not many downsides of hycu because we where one of the early addapters we have seen allot of the downside take away.
