a seamless and hassel-free experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great. It's very user-friendly, easy to learn the navigation and you despite spending lots of time you don't get overwhelmed. The multidimensional feature and robust reporting is what makes it outstanding. Easy to configure and implement the core modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many major modules are not integrated within the system and require third-party integration, or products from Sage itself must be accessed separately. This makes the system inefficient and costly. Customer support could be enhanced, should be live assistance provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The absence of dimension-based mapping in the legacy software made it difficult to gain insights into spending across various areas. With SI, we can now generate reports and visualizations for multiple departments and projects. Additionally, customizable reporting allows us to access data that is specifically relevant to our objectives.

Big Improvements After Leaving Legacy Software Behind
What do you like best about the product?
Sage has honestly made a lot of things easier for us. One of the biggest improvements is being able to go back and update journal entries without having to create an separate adjusting journal entry. That alone saves time and keeps everything cleaner.
It also takes care of intercompany transactions automatically, which used to be a headache we had to do manually. That's been a huge help.
Another big plus is that it connects directly to Stampli, which makes processing invoices way more efficient. Everything syncs up really well, and we don't have to double-handle anything.
Compared to the old version of Dynamics we were using, the interface is a lot more modern and easier to work with. Reports are easier to customize, and since it's cloud based, I have been able to transition to work from home! Overall, it's just made our whole workflow smoother.

The prepaid module is honestly the one area I really do not care for. The way it's set up to enter the information for the prepaid is confusing and frustrating. I've tried it a few times, but it just ends up being more frustrating than helpful. At this point, I just do my prepaid entries manually because it's faster and I know they will be correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps to streamline the business needs by providing seamless integration with quite a few other application, which are used by the organization.
Great Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Intacct for 6 years now, at more than one job, and it’s been a useful and easy-to-use software for accounting. It handles complex financial tasks like multi-entity accounting and advanced reporting with ease. The system integrates well with many platforms making financial management more efficient. Overall 5 star - highly recommend!

There's a lot of manual work that goes into accounting, but they are regularly updating their product with more automation.

Everything financial in one software, with customizable reporting

everything is very easy to access, there is also so many features that can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that you need to first view a report and only then export it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's very easy to find information pretty quickly. i never have to have a costumer wait on hold or to long while I try to pull the info.

What do you like best about the product?
They have excellent customer service, any time I have had issues in the past they have been resolved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time for new ideas to be implemented.

Having a better handle on the P&L and how each entity is performing.

The positives are the automation of manual processes, real-time analytics and good reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something I disliked it would be the american terminology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping to streamline current manual processes which is benefiting me by saving time, possibly reducing human error and information is available in a more timely manner.
It has been a learning curve, but good for the amount of detail in one system.

The different modules. The ability to view the trail of a transaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modules differ in style and language making it difficult to remember which module uses which terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving the allocation issues. You can set up a one time figure to calculate an allocation and then apply it to many transactions.

Most Convenient System
What do you like best about the product?
They organize everything in such a clear format. The software works quickly and its easy to learn.
They have so many good features that make everything easy to search for and find.

The only thing that is bad about intacct is that it takes a while to load when changing from one page to the other.

They are organizing everything and helping us keep track of the money going out in such a clear organized way.
