    What do you like best about the product?
    Ai integration has helped AP and purchasing times improve. The structure of journal entries and import feature through excel files improve workflow.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the AI does not code invoices or POs correctly and the learner does not improve the accuracy.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mass of data entry and invoicing coming in from emails, the AI integration for AP has helped us consolidate the data and improve coding speeds.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Dimension structure allows for flexibility in reporting & is helpful to not have to set up segmented accounts ahead of time
    Collaborate function to store communication regarding a transaction in the system is awesome!
    Love the ability to go back to correct coding on a posted transaction rather than have to do an adjusting journal entry
    Ability to add attachments to each transaction is so helpful & has been a huge improvement for us.
    Transaction allocations are very helpful.
    Statistical accounts are great!
    Ease of creating custom views and customizing reports.
    Love how customizable the system is - we created a whole "app" to help streamline a billing process.

    What do you dislike about the product?
    Fixed Assets module is clunky.
    Want an allocate option on credit cards.
    Definite learning curve on reporting & account groups - but give a lot of options & flexibility.
    Should have a standard part of system to handle safe pay/positive pay with banks.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Is making accounting cycle flow easier & allows us to modernize our processes in ways our old system didn't (attachments, collaborate, EFT payments, electronic purchase order approvals, customizable dashboards

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I appreciate most about Sage Intacct is its robust and customizable reporting capabilities. The platform makes it easy to generate detailed financial reports and dashboards that give real-time insights into performance. The automation of key accounting processes—like accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger—has significantly reduced manual work and improved accuracy. Integration with other systems is also seamless and saves a lot of time.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, especially those without a background in accounting systems. While the interface is functional, it could benefit from a more modern and intuitive design. Additionally, some advanced features require additional modules or add-ons, which can increase the overall cost.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sage Intacct has helped us eliminate manual data entry and reduce errors through automation. It has significantly improved our month-end close process and made financial reporting much faster and more accurate. The ability to manage multiple entities in a centralized system has saved us countless hours and provided greater visibility across the organization. This has led to better decision-making and more efficient operations overall.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The cloud based is easy to utilize. I really like the collaboration page and the entities are easy to understand.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It does not have Asset or Fleet Management
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    They are providing resources for Asset and Fleet Management. It has been nice to mull over our options to pick the best choice for us.
