    Computer Software

Okay for meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Ringcentral Video provides virtual meeting options and it usually works. It's easy to set up quick virtual meetings and conveniently use them from the phone or a desktop application. It's a good collaboration tool and helps stay in virtual contact with your team members, along with some integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is a little clunky and gives a busy feeling. The user interface could've been better. I struggled initially to join a meeting and it wouldn't let me join from a browser. Scheduling meetings can be much simpler; it's not easy for first-time users to get around. Occasionally, I had issues with audio quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We got introduced to RingCentral through an acquisition. While it does the basic job of online meeting schedules, I can't help but appreciate other applications, such as Teams and Zoom, which seem far superior.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Ring Central daily in my line of work, whether that be for texting, calling, or video chatting. The quality is top notch and messages move fast. The video quality is also satisfyingly clear!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I've experienced with it is sometimes, when connecting my work phone to Ring Central. Not all calls come through to Ring Central, and will come through my actual phone or cell phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's tightening up its loose ends and becoming more robust. Its very easy to use and manage

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to record as well as screen share
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity issues and there is always an 'incident' email notifying of system outage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
VOIP business services with the ability to have video calls and text messages.

Not te best Softphone software I've ever used but still do the job

What do you like best about the product?
The web version is excellent, you will not have any problems at all. It is reliable, efficient, and fast as expected, not something impressive but good at the end
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem comes with the desktop version, which is not what you expect for this software, it takes too much ram memory to be active in the background, not the same with the web version which is more reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping me with my internal calling, and some external for international, we have two main software for marketing purposes and this is doing the primary job, my performance has increased since I started using it.

Dislike RingCentral!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an option to use RingCentral for video calls. It can make things easier when needing to share things with our clients. This should improve client communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of lag there is even with a great internet connection. The pop-ups at the start of the call are frustrating because they direct you away from the screen you were on before, leading to delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a way to share with clients and we record and store these records which is convenient when it works correctly and there are no issues, that happens sometimes.

What do you like best about the product?
I work for a senior wheelchair transportation company. This is an excellent way to communicate with the dispatch office while out in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being to communicate with my office while in my vehicle out in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability that RingCentral video can craft up a zoom link and great for making calls on laptop
What do you dislike about the product?
The service can be a bit spotty wish there was a way to have better control of spam calls coming in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My managers have reached out to the support team they do a decent job but needs a bit of work

Best Video Conferencing tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling the calls is very smooth and intuitive. Few clicks to manage anything and the calendar of events scheduled for the day is designed in a way that we won't have to forget anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any issue till now. Using it very frequently and practically haven't seen any downtime in all these years. Rarely I might have to click on the meeting link more than once but that's not an issue at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling day-to-day meetings, instant meetings, recurring meetings, anything can be done in a very efficient way. This has really helped the team members across to effectively communicate with each other.
