What do you like best about the product?
Communication through Ring Central is very easy and the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow when we had a video conference.

very good voice n video quality.

people from overall geographics can connect..so it helps us to get our meetings go smoothly
Ring Central keeps business communications straightforward.
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily get started straight away thanks to Ring Central's user-friendly style. Before the phone system was operational, the entire process took between 30 and 40 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can use Ring Central to answer calls from my PC, mobile device, or place of employment, but occasionally I experience issues with notifications. There are times when I don't get a call or message notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Throughout the company communication We decided on another option that pulled a bait-and-switch on us at the last minute when it was time to renew our licences. We decided to take a chance on RingCentral, and before our licence with their predecessor had run out, they had us set up, trained, and using their system.
The best video conference software tin my opinion!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the features available that are compatible with most OS, as well as you get unlimited time for meetings. Is user-friendly in my experience and was the first software I utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I utilized RC for 2 years and have gotten the opportunity to use other video conference channels like Google Meets, Zoom, and Video conference, and haven't liked any other software better than RC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That is very reliable and has great connectivity compared to other video software, fewer interruptions, and is easier to provide the main point of the meeting, making you time more effective and productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have a close relationship and control of your remote team I highly recommend this app of Ring Central to be able to do that in a very effective way.

Also, it has features like Quote, delete, bookmark and edit the chats.
Also, it shows the status of the individual like Do not disturb, Available and Invisible which helps in getting the info of the person when the person is available and when he is not available.
You can use this to chat with your colleagues every day.
Also, the best part is it is also available as a phone app.

Sometimes while generating instant meetings or picking up video calls it takes a lot of time which can be improved, apart from this there is nothing to dislike about Ring Central Video.

Also, Direct chats and Team chats are separated by two different columns named direct message and team message which makes it see to go to the particular chat whenever needed.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral Video allows you many features such as Messaging, creating groups and texting, video calling, audio calling and starting instant meetings with video calls where you can record the meeting also screen share feature is given there.
What do you dislike about the product?
the only thing I don't like about RIng central video is that it does not show status correctly sometimes, and also only three status are available there i.e. available, do not disturb and invisible; it can add more status such as Busy etc.
