Easy to use app
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast and convinent to use easy to send and receive fax
What do you dislike about the product?
Its hangs when adding attachment also sometimes crashes when using the fax out option

User friendly program
What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is a user friendly program that you can instant message in, or you can treat it like zoom and share your screen during a conference call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app sometimes doesn't work for me, so I often have to just use my browser to load it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to work on projects with people all over the world, thanks to RingCentral! As a team, we are all able to be so much more productive.
A very good alternative to zoom
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity. If the internet provider gives you a good signal, the clarity is fantastic. I have used it severally, and it is a good app. This is a good app that can compete favorably with other apps in its category.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about the app. I was used to zoom and WhatsApp calls, so it was a bit strange when I started using it. However, after understanding how it works, which did not take time, it's a good app. Nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it for online meetings and interviews. It performed more than expected. The interview went well, and the guys were impressed as they were checking if there would be a break in transmission, but it never happened.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very stable with no server lags.Easy to use and share the content.One click video conferencing helps us to connect to our peers anytime anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
While scrolling to left or right to find multiple candidates in the meeting ,it is bit difficult when doing from phone and also self profile is not visible at that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing and connecting to peers during pandemic and making work from home more easy and efficient. Zoom came after ring Central and is exact copy of Ring Central.
Easy Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Ring central is easy to use and allows you to adjust settings to your liking. Things such as being able to require a password to join, not allowing attendees to join until the host is on, the ability to have 49 participants appear on screen and of course, my favorite - a filter to touch up your appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had issues with attendees being unable to login and some sound issues, but these are extremely limited (maybe 1% of the time).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with our team members is easy to do with RingCentral. The fact we can have so many attendees appear on screen help us retain our company culture because we can easily see everyone on one screen.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the Ring Central app is user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of my clients use Zoom or Microsoft Teams so they have made comments about not wanting to try another software. I have my notifications turned off but the app continues to notify me which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is the preferred video conferencing system we use at work
Effective and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central has worked well on all calls that I have been on, and it's been very simple when there are things to troubleshoot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is inconvenient if you have to download RingCentral continuously because it's not your top-used messaging/video call platform typically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to connect with our vendors via video which has created better connections that result in better service.

I like that you can save, schedule and share videos.

Share screen options are not equal to other platforms.

Excellent VOIP Product and Virtual Meeting Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that our staff is not tied to a desk and can answer incoming calls wherever they are in the office. RingCentral being a voice-over IP (VOIP) product also means that we can have staff working from home who can help field incoming phone calls. We schedule video meetings for specific team members, so our advisors can log in to RingCentral Video and see their lineup of appointments for that day and the next few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you schedule a video meeting for another team member, you cannot edit the meeting time. We link our RingCentral Video meetings to our team calendar, so we can move them there, but it would be helpful if we could make changes within RingCentral Video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our advisors can meet with clients who do not live in our regional area, and we can hold meetings on days when our advisors want to work from home or another location.
