Great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to navigate video calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are connection issues but that is more internet issues than the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conference calls are now video so it connects our team that can not meet in person very often

RingCentral Video
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows us to do all kinds of neat things, such as changing the background, as well as the ability to record the meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything is working the way that it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not had to solve a problem yet; however, a benefit is that when a video has been recorded, you have the option to edit and share it.
RingCentral Video is another Zoom type option. Easy to use and manage.
What do you like best about the product?
Looks just like Zoom, so little to no user training is required. Works well, and the management portal allows you to see what happened during a call so you can stop the guessing game of who had issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a web-based version, but to use the software well, you need to install the software. Many of our clients do not want to install, or the install is flagged as malicious and they are unable to install. We have to use both Zoom and RingCentral.

Video conference calls.

Sometimes when we try fax out it shows an error

Ring central review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, functionality is mostly intuitive and allows you to place calls, video calls, and has a internal messaging function too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes people sign up for ring central with their email and download it before logging onto the call. I'd say 80% of people end up dialing into it leaving the video function useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving is being able to sell technology through video calls because I can't do it in person. The benefit is nothing more than a conference call really.

Make it easier for non ring users to use ring

What do you like best about the product?
The outlook/RingCentral integration is seamless, making video call info available in the calendar invite with one click. The chat, screen sharing, and mouse control sharing functions are very handy
What do you dislike about the product?
They have a few different apps, so it sometimes is confusing which one to use. But the product is excellent!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral has facilitated our company's remote work policy and helped support employee collaboration in this flexible WFH environment.
Voice or Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
It's a free tool which can be used for voice , video calls, chatting , file sharing. It has nice user interface and easy to use for their business, in which I like, if mistakly wrong message sent to anyone it can be editable. I would recommend this for others.
What do you dislike about the product?
No doubt Everything is not complete, it has some how limitations. During start its take some time to load, it may be my internet issue or with application. Overall its good tool

When I am chatting with my colleagues, or sharing business files or screen shot or MS office file it shows clear that's thing I like alot. Other thing is it's easy interface.
Great low cost video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
We use this for a non-profit board that I am on because it works very well for both video and audio when some board memeber can only call in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we need to resend the invites because they don't work for some reason

Having board meetings during this Pandemic since we can't meet face to face

Be careful about who sends the invite links if you need to add people later
RingCentral Helps Event Planners
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly interface the most. I am not the best at navigating technology, so I enjoy how simple it is to use. As an event planner, I have a lot of calls and video chats to make with clients and vendors. It is important to me to have such an efficient tool like RingCentral that is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of RingCentral's support team. If you have any technical difficulties that you need assistance with, their team will not be much of a help. They are an extreme hassle to deal with in my personal experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central allows me and my team to boost our levels of engagement with clients and vendors. It is a great tool to increase overall workplace efficiency and allow me to reach my goals.

Was an easy to set up as any other service like this for a meeting/screen share (Zoom, etc).

I haven't noticed anything that bugged me when I used this software.

Holding meetings with consultants allowing us to view and control each others screens.
