Easy and fast work
What do you like best about the product?
I have used ring central too many times, it is very easy to use nice sound quality without any noise, easy to use for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can improve lil bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having international clients, and ring central provide you a best platform from where we can easily connect with them, without any disturbance

Easy to use on the go!
What do you like best about the product?
Since I work mostly from home, it's so helpful to use RingCentral so that clients can reach me, but I don't have to use my personal cell phone. You can dial straight from the app as well as receive calls or voicemails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only small issue I had with RingCentral was figuring out the setting on the app on my phone - I wanted to make sure it'd ring when someone called me. It took me a little bit but i got it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps make my transition between working in the office and working at home seamless - so I can contact people and they can contact me no matter where I'm working. i have also used the video feature for some internal meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need an easy, seamless way to use your computer and/or for to make and receive calls - as well as do video conferencing - I recommend RingCentral!

Loads quickly; good quality. Easy to view

Nothing! Everything worked well. Would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule meetings and it integrates with my google calendar. I can choose to set a recurring meeting and it always be from the same link- I can require a password or that other users cannot join unless I've opened the meeting first.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was an update that took away the emoji reactions we could use and that the meeting link automatically copied to your clipboard when you opened a meeting - but they do still allow you to change your setting to use the old version at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote workforce so we are able to meet with teammates, prospects, and existing clients 'face to face'. We are able to share our screens to solve a multitude of problems and collaborate.
Ring Central is good way to send Fax and it keeps all your records of inbox and fax out details.

It is easy to use and faster plus safer to fax documents and files. Also easy to access received files and documents and to save them

Sometimes there is an unexpected error while uploading a document or files

Fax are easy to send and receive through RingCentral

- The experience of using it without the app is not good. On-browser experience needs to be improved a lot.

It was hard to connect. We had to update our apps in order to use it for a team meeting

Not having to use Zoom - using for team meetings when not everyone can be here

RingCentral is a one stop shop for your communication needs for any business! RingCentral allows you to always, no matter where you are, to always be business ready!!
Similar to Zoom, with not as many features
What do you like best about the product?
it is a more simpler version of Zoom, but it doesn't crash like Zoom does.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it was more widespread, as not many people have heard of it. Also, it would be nice if it had a virtual background feature like Zoom does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
conducting and participating in virtual conferences and meetings. It has helped to have meetings with various people altogether, whom live all over the country.
Constant Technical Issues
What do you like best about the product?
The one nice thing was having everything coming into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were always technical issues. Nothing ever worked correctly. I had so many missed calls, texts and video messages because the application would always have some sort of issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no problems being solved and no benefits of using RingCentral. If anything, more problems are being created.
