Too many clicks to communicate
What do you like best about the product?
It was fairly easy to delete and edit messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many windows, too difficult to mute conversations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always easy to find colleagues in other departments, easy to have group messages, and easy to organize your messages.

Very userfriendly way to communicate throughout the workplace!
What do you like best about the product?
That I can visually interact with the other people with ease, or decide to keep my camera off if I choose.

I haven't experienced any downsides to using it yet.

It helps create an engaging work environment with other co-workers you aren't geographically close with.
Love RingCentral for meetings and instant messaging
What do you like best about the product?
I love the dial-in option for meetings for my teams that don't have computer software. Instant messaging feature is great as well.

Nothing really. I love RingCentral! Ease of use ane inexpensive

Not having to meet in person or even in the conference room. Everyone can participate and ease of use

Using RingCentral has been really helpful, is easy to work with and simple. Calls do not drop if I'm having trouble with my internet

Ring Central video has its edge for video calls and it's been pretty reliable even for larger calls of 50+ people.

This comes in handy for a video call to a large group. The thing is, sometimes the software drops a meeting randomly.

Ease of use. RingCentral video has an intuitive and user-friendly interface

Even thought it's user-friendly, it still takes time to get used to and learn this new video platform. When everyone is already used to Zoom or Webex, it's always a challenge introducing a new platform.

The only negative point is when you create public teams you are not able to delete people from there until you delete the complete user account.
