Better than Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
It's clarity and when you share your screen you can see everything very well, speech and talking is well received on every end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my guests have trouble logging in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the connectivity issues and it's benefiting me because I get more deliverability

Best Video call application ever
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very clean and easy to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone application can be smoother and efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral helps me connect to all my clients worldwide easily and without disconnections and troubles.

What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral Video was fully capable of providing an online meeting room for work users. The breakout room functionality was particularly useful and were the chat and screenshare features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing about RingCentral Video that could use some upgrading was that when breakout groups came back to the full group setting, RCV would inconsistently return users to the full group. Sometimes before the time was up, sometimes when it was planned, and sometimes users were kicked from the meeting and needed to rejoin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral Video allowed our team, which has now gone to a fully remote-work setting, to continue to meet and discuss "in-person". This increases efficiency over group chat or email style communications when all parties are remote.

What do you like best about the product?
Ring central has very good means HD picture quality. We can do Screen sharing as well. So many exciting features are there.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Add polling functionality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefits is that it gives me the ability to share my screen and take control of the screen. The video and audio quality have always been good.

It is easy to make video calls to our customers and co-workers from the cellphone app or desktop with good audio quality and video. Besides, I like that it is not very colorful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how simple the interface is. They should use round corners and thicker lines to divide the tabs from menus and other sections to make it easier to identify them

What do you like best about the product?
Ring central video is very useful in meeting especially on its various features that provide clear video conferencing, clear audio, provides options for screen sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Knowing the fact that video conferencing uses more bandwidth usage, it requires a strong internet connection. It would be great to have an option for Ring Central Lite, which will have a lesser interface and bandwidth usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For urgent inquiries for the team, asking for assistance, updating the team, and sending updates for solutions Ring central is timely and relevant for those matters, which allows the team to answer in various perspectives.

Loading the app can take some time. There are also times when the video doesn't record

What do you like best about the product?
This product is adequate for everyday use. I am able to make and receive calls without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does provide a list of all calls made and received with is very nice, although I haven't found a way to delete calls as of yet.
