What do you like best about the product?
RingCentral is an excellent tool for Video Calls
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone has Ringcentral, so if you invite someone, they need to download, and it usually does not work properly

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things to consider but the easy to text features and calling quality is really good. Even if there is any problem the customer service is always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well if we can improve the login problem it would be better as I said they always help us they are improving it. But the video quality is awesome and we are a lways using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are trying to improve the login issues and the connection problem as well. Well they are improving it and yes due to it we are having good experience using the product.

I have been using the service for a long time and I am very satisfied with it. It is reliable, easy to use, and has excellent connectivity, text, and video quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like the services overall. if they can work on price and better plans that will be excellent and can improve some login issues.

I'm able to connect with clients in the best way and have a great video quality that helps in getting the deal done.
One app with many benefits
What do you like best about the product?
There are probably a zillion things I could say about the positives of RingCentral. First of all there is a free version which most meeting space apps do not have and if they do they are very limited to what you can use. Secondly, you have the option of having up to 200 people in one meeting space. Also the idea that you can switch from device to device if you need to it's really cool. You also have the ability to upgrade to being an MVP and accessing dozens and dozens of more upgraded features but that doesn't mean that you have to. It makes for a great program to connect all of your people together in one app and you can even use your desktop
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside with any free app is that it is limited as to what you can use for free. Some of the pricing can be a tad bit on the higher side. It would be nicer if some of the higher end perks are made available for the free edition versus only the MVPs. With that being said I understand that everything cannot be free. Sometimes there are some connectability/possibly user error issues but overall those are the main issues I see so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral is solving the main issue that we had is that we have multiple either clients or staff that need to be in one place at one time yeah we're spread all over and we need a free easy portability way to do that. I've had someone be at the grocery store because of the timing of our meetings doing their shopping and still being able to attend an extremely important meeting. We've had a client calls for support groups and we have used it in Lou of other programs which seem so invasive I wanna know so much personal information

Insanely Amazing tool for video chats with customers | The Best Ever
What do you like best about the product?
Virtual meetings are available through Ringcentral Video, and they usually work. From a desktop application or a phone, it is easy to set up a quick virtual meeting. With some integration capabilities, it's a good tool for collaboration and staying in touch with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much but maybe a better user interface would really make things much easier. At times there is a slight lag during the calls. But still these does not affect productivity in any ways

Team communication and chats are helping in creating great engagement internally and externally. We have a lot of tasks that need to be handled with utmost priority and this helps keep track of things when people are working from home. The recording option is also great
A great tool for video calling!

We used it for video calling and scheduling video meetings. It was a great tool!

It was hard to schedule meetings with it because everyone used different platforms for their calendars.

It was great at having video meetings and video conferencing.
Good substitute of Zoom but not the best tool
What do you like best about the product?
It contains all the necessary and important features for virtual meetings and call conferences. It has a good video aspect ratio and screen-sharing quality in meetings. It can allow sufficient number of participants to meet hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
It crashes badly, creating a bad impact in front of clients. It can also hang your system after which you will have to restart the system. These kinds of bugs are not acceptable in a business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing virtual meetings across the geography with multiple participants with the capability to share screens and collaborate on the work. It also allows the control feature to the participants on getting any issue resolved by them.
Best for the meeting
What do you like best about the product?
I am using this for the past 6 months. I liked the texting audio call and video call also. Mainly I use the audio call. There is no lag in the call. The calling part is very smooth. I can sync my calendar with this one. I can switch the calls from my laptop to the phone by simply clicking the switch call function. It worked perfectly for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far It worked perfectly for me. If there is a stable connection, it is working perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly I use it for calling purposes. I can make calls with this one. If I want to call my colleague I just want to enter the extension number. We can sync the calendar to this. So I can attend the meeting.
