A wonderful business case solution
What do you like best about the product?
I always struggle to put a business case together - having to work in a messy excel, and then spend time to create a presentation.
With Symbe I can access my business case templates and very easily share and collaborate with my champion to get the information and metrics needed that the Economic buyer cares about.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. What a wonderful tool. I use it every day. So happy I don't have to use excel anymore.

Automating the creation of a business case - saving me a lot of time

Very intuitive Business Case tool to deliver value-selling

Every sales team needs an easy template to build their biz case on - they do

Not much - it is pretty self expanatory.

Helps teams to adopt a consistent framework to sell on value

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a business case used to be a complex 'admin-task'. With Symbe I have a template for each sales scenario, which makes it so so easy to configure a new business case for any new prospect I'm engaging with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. And any request I may have, the Symbe team address right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables me to esily and seamlessly configure a business case per prospect - saving me a lot of time, and gives me a clear advantage when engaging with a prospect as I can demonstrate the business value of my proposition in a very visually appealing manner.
So so easy to configure a custom business case per deal

Provides clear insights that help drive more meaningful customer conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It only took me a few minutes to get my head around connecting the basic maths of our proposition to the overall ROI, but the software is simple to use, and the support from Symbe is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Long sales cycles and multiple decision makers can make it really hard to maintain a Value based sales approach. Symbe helps us showcase the value of each individual element of our services that are relevant to the individual decision makers, in a way that is simple, scalable and highly compelling. We can include the deeper detailed calculations that matter to each stakeholder, and roll-up the value of each into an overall single slide with ROI and payback time calculation for board-level approval.

It makes it very straightforward to begin having collaborative discussions with the customer about building a compelling value case around our solution.

Nothing for now but look forward to having more complex modelling
