What do you like best about the product?
This was super easy to set up, very intuitive. But most important is made ROI crystal clear for our customers and meant they could go and get it approved by procurement easily. Game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see follow on features added further down the chain (eg. contracting then invoicing etc) but I believe these will come in time. CRM integration works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps present ROI to our buyer in a professional, clear way. Much easier for them to justify paying for our software.

What do you like best about the product?
The team has been extremely helpful in ensuring our business case templates adapt to most of our pipeline segments, and most importantly, we were able to apply them immediately to deals in-flight!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything that i disliked about my experience with Symbe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating business cases from scratch was very time-consuming and resource-intensive for my team. Symbe solved that problem with ready to go templates built on my company's value proposition. The team has been extremely helpful in ensuring our business case templates adapt to most of our pipeline segments, and most importantly, we were able to apply them immediately to deals in-flight!

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe is super intuitive, making for immediate engagement and productivity. In contrast to many alternatives that demand comprehensive training to extract their full value, users of Symbe can swiftly move from sign-up to configuring their initial business case in a short span of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are looking forward to incorporating more of our native marketing material into the Symbe templates, which is a feature in development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Symbe is an excellent tool for helping articule for our client how our services create value for their businesses and it helps them to sell this to their internal stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution from Symbe is very intuitive and easy to use. Many products need lots of training in order to really start getting value, but with Symbe I was signed up and configuring my first business case in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any particular issue myself. Symbe is growing and an improving product – I'd like to hear from the team about future feature changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines various slides, spreadsheets and pitching frameworks into one consolidated overview to demonstrate the business value my product delivers to my customer/prospect. It takes into account my unqiue busisness and product and helps quantify the value our solution provides via compelling business cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe has helped me push business cases internally -- aligning stakeholders and securing budget without Symbe is quite hard. With Symbe, all of our execs can work together on the inputs, and then better understand ROI of our efforts, making it much smoother to make important decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is improving rapidly - I'd love to hear more from the team as they make this changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe's intuitive design and ease of use are immediately apparent, contrasting with many other products I've used that require extensive training. From the moment of signup, users are equipped to quickly begin configuring their first business case, highlighting Symbe's efficiency and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Symbe is still a growing product. While I have not run into any particular issue myself, I'm sure the product will just improve over time.

Symbe helps me set up business cases in a what that is structured and from the ground up. This allows me to focus on what's really important, rather than on other less impactful tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of the platform to seemlessly prompt sales teams and their prospects to create invaluable documented business cases
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a growing fast start up business so of course there are gaps for the biggest complex deals I see in Software selling that brokers millions of dollars but that is countered oftwn by the rapid response of the Symbe team who fix most suggestions you have and add additional features every month from feedback. Truely agile peoduct development!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the manual labour required to prepare, communicate and to report results of a comprehensive business case to my prospects. Its loterally shaving weeks off proposals in most cases. Thats weeks off sales process across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Symbe to me is like having a value prop/ROI/Business case co pilot where it helps gives form to the value of what a company, product, or solution has to offer. Easy to use, really easy to understand, the team is top notch, and it creates a way for me to communicate what I have unique to each buyers situation, wrapped up in a bow so instead of me showing a Google doc with some excel slides, or my poor excuse for designing graphics and visuals, it takes the hard work out of it so I can focus on what I need to deliver which is.... my unique value proposition in an easy to understand business case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more flexibility in some areas, but nothing that is a dealbreaker and the team is already implemented some things I have asked for, so nothing to dislike that I would say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest value is being able to put together a cohesive and comprehensible, easy to understand business case that communicates the value based on what I can do for the customer. Right now, the alternative is communicating in either a deck in slides or powerpoint, or in docs and both have limitations on what you can do design wise or it takes a lot of time to do it. So this saves me time and gives me a better output.

A game-changer for organisations and vendors to collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
I have long hated business cases. I hated writing them. I hated reading them. The problem was that I was always unsure what each stakeholder was thinking as I read/wrote them. I didn't realise it was possible for each stakeholder to collaborate and align online and draft together. Symbe has shifted that completely. Easy to use, simple to reuse the content on Symbe for other business cases, and (almost) fun to collaborate on business cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's important to note that Symbe is very new so there is work to do for it to get wide adoption. Just because a vendor is using it now, does not mean the buyer also has Symbe. I assume this will change over time but is worth noting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The key problem for me is to find a way for all parties to align early in the business case process so we aren't all wasting time. It also means we don't have to write from scratch and can just take portions of previous business cases into new ones.
