Better service for video calls
What do you like best about the product?
More people are able to use Zoom compared to the competition. Easy meeting setups and logins. Feature-rich program allows more flexibility. Users find it better for adding documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity to other MS products the way Teams works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting remote employees as well as third-party participants.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom Workplace is how it enables me to connect with adults with disabilities from around the globe, breaking down physical and geographic barriers so we can focus on building trust, support, and community—no matter where they are. Features like breakout rooms, live captions, and screen sharing make sessions more accessible and interactive, helping me tailor support to each individual's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom Workplace is that technical issues, like poor internet connections or software glitches, can interrupt sessions and make it harder to maintain a consistent, supportive environment for the people I work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace is solving the problem of accessibility and isolation for many of the disabled adults I work with. By providing a reliable, user-friendly platform for virtual sessions, it removes the need for travel, which can be a major barrier. It also enables real-time communication, screen sharing for visual aids, and closed captions for those with hearing challenges. This helps me offer consistent, personalized care while reaching more people who might otherwise go without support.

What do you like best about the product?
It has transcript option, AI smart option to take note and send action items after. It has cool video affect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bandwidth can take up a lot of internet bandwidth.

It helps to stay connected when working remotely.

I DONT have any thing to add , t is harder than some site to get connected so maybe not the best for a one on one meeting but for a grop it is very good

IT IS WAY EASYER TO SET UP A MEETING & ATTEND A SEMINAR OR A CLASS
Zoom is great in any type of meeting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexbility and ability to add a multiple amounts of attendees. It also very easy to use and set up your preferences. It also allows me to use in my daily meeting schedule and keeps track of my meetings. It's also very easy to send invitations to attendees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only think that I don't like about the system is that sometimes it has issues with certain users and they won't be able to login. I don't know whether it is user error or a glitch in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily meet with my coworkers, suppliers, and contractors without having to meet in person. It is a cost-effective solution because the cost travel on both sides is eliminated.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability for a phone number to call in makes it easy to support when accessing from lan lines without internet connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better smoothing of data to prevent the robotic sounds of people on low cell coverage areas. Or a an audible warning to someone that they have low signal and their audio is being impacted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video conferencing is a lot of what is done. Even when the meeting is in person it allows for quick and easy screen sharing without a ton of extra equipment.

User friendly, intuitive, great sound and video quality

I wish I could generate registration links for meetings/webinars directly from the desktop app instead of having to sign in onto the platform on chrome or safari

Zoom bridges the gap in communication within the workplace and also connecting outside companies. Zoom's ease of use help me complete my work in a timely manner.

It's very easy to use app, all tools are easy to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features has to be first configured in the website to have them available during the meeting (like the "co-host" feature).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to do meetings and get together with the group of work, when there are conflicts in the streets like floods, or some riots that occurs occasionally.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very reliable and image quality isn't an issue
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the microphone, camera settings are all over the place. Almost every other call I have someone either myself or a 3rd party have to adjust their settings and have difficulty joining appropriately. It seems like this should be a simple fix but it keeps being a persistent issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple to share, often the friction is getting stable connection on a video platform but Zoom is reliable.
