Its a great way to not have to leave house and deal with traffic.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to be connected with people in any geographical location. Can do meetings from all over central Florida without the travel time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the new things like putting on my camera everytime.

Having different meetings without the hassel of driving.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing for me about Zoom is its innovative features and design. One of those is how we can easy it is to navigate from profile preferences down to display and discussion creative settings.
Breakout rooms is also a very impressive feature that helps with the fun, and hitting a bigger scope of our teaching/meeting objectives. Aside from that, screen sharing has never been fun and engaging with the drawing features. There’s a lot more but I mentioned the best things for me about Zoom so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing more I can say about how helpful Zoom is. However, the 40-minute session is very limiting. It’s still good to subscribe for a premium experience though.

Zoom workplace helps solve the common problems for businesses with employees working at different sites. Zoom makes communication easier for us in resolving certain issues with our product and customer service.

Zoom Workplace helps bridge communication gaps in remote and hybrid work environments. It enables real-time collaboration through video meetings, chat, and file sharing, making it easier to connect with colleagues regardless of location. The ability to record meetings and use integrations also ensures that information is accessible and nothing gets lost.

The speed is a little bit too slow to start.

1. UI is very clean and friendly.
2. Audio and video streaming quality is very good.
3. We can add up to 1000 participants in a single meeting.
4. Zoom also comes in collaboration with Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, and many more apps.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It's not much reliable when it comes to security concerns.
2. The application consumes a lot of hardware resources while having a meeting.
3. The meeting struggles a lot during poor internet connection as compared to other video conferencing platforms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In order to connect with the clients worldwide, I use zoom application. I normally use google meet but some of the clients prefer Zoom. Over the zoom meeting, the clients discuss about the issue they are facing and I resolve them by taking the device remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
ZOOM Workplace was robust, had very few glitches and maintained connectivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little challenging to work with external documents. Once you could establish repeatability it was easier to navigate.
HCC frequently uses ZOOM for teams interaction. I prefer Zoom to MS Teams or stability.
Zoom was easier to use for novices and better for "experts" who could integrate information and presentations.

I have been using Zoom to connect with candidates overseas for 2 years, and it is excellent to work with. The interface is very user-friendly, and I recommend it. Great customer support and very good to implement
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great app, but only one suggestion I want to use is that you should add a live recipient to the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great pillar to my job as I contact and interview people through this app only, so it is very useful for me.
