Zoom for workplace meeting
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy set up. Always reliable and most people are familiar with Zoom so there is no hesitation in utilizing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workplace laptops have security features that interfere with use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows quick access to hold meetings without having to explain set up process. Most people are familiar with Zoom so there is no hesitation to join.

The quality of the video and audio transmissions is reliable and high-quality.

The free version allows meetings with up to 100 participants and a maximum duration of 40 minutes.

Really simple and easy to set up meetings. Connection is normally strong with minimal issues.

When offering sales demos, zoom offers an easy to use video chat meeting where you can do a full discovery, share screen and easily walk prospects through the process.
Connecting people worldwide
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace every day to connect with my colleagues based in different parts of the world. It makes meeting easy as we can share multiple screens at the same time to compare different working files together, or go into the focus room and have smaller group discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want go to the cloud recording link as a guest to see the playback, I am given the option to download the meeting but by clicking download it will automatically download all 6 versions of the same meeting - will be good to have an option to pick and choose which one to download so I don't need to delete after.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows we meet our colleagues worldwide easily, so we don't need to book meeting room or fly to the location to see each other and discuss topics of interest.

Saves on Travel time
Very satisfied with zoom. The quality of zoom meeting is better than its competitors in the market.

Emojis, Recording feature, Use of white board. Excellent customer support. Very easy to use and integrate into difficult cultres.

If host close the meeting the other participants have to find their own meeting room.

What I like best about Zoom is the Clarity, preferences, and ease of use.

The free 40 minutes is what I most dislike. I think 1 - 1.5 hours is best.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workplace makes collaboration easy with features like seamless meeting scheduling, calendar syncing, and one-click recordings. I also love the built-in tools like polls, reactions, breakout rooms, and whiteboards, which keep meetings interactive. Having chat, meetings, and notes all in one place is a big plus for hybrid teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom has made great strides expanding beyond meetings, some of the newer features—like team chat and whiteboards—still feel a bit underdeveloped compared to standalone alternatives like Slack or Miro. Notifications can occasionally be inconsistent, and managing multiple workspaces or teams isn’t as smooth as it could be. Additionally, the UX can get slightly cluttered when juggling multiple Zoom products within the same interface. A more unified experience across the ecosystem would be a welcome improvement.

Zoom Workplace solves the problem of fragmented communication by combining meetings, chat, calendar, and collaboration tools into one platform. It’s especially helpful for hybrid teams—scheduling meetings is simple, whether it’s with internal team members or external collaborators. The calendar sync and smart scheduling features ensure everyone stays on the same page, no matter where they are. This streamlined approach saves time, reduces miscommunication, and keeps our workflows running smoothly across different locations and time zones.
